Bought this product after having the original Apple TV. This has so many great features. I would highly recommend it, especially if you have used other (what I call inferior) smart TVs. Its easy to use, has so many channels and also has games! Apple users will not be disappointed.

Lets you access apps and purchases from iTunes and the cloud directly. Slick remote with voice (Siri) command. 1040p HD resolution a,d good compatibility with other Apple devices.

As a first time apple user from android, im impressed regarding the ease of streaming contents from my iphone to the tv. I would recommend this for all iphone owners to have. It is expensive compared to other phone mirroring/media streaming devices but its all worth it.

The set-up is dead simple. The hardware is top shelf. The software is world class. The remote is awesome (though obviously somewhat fragile). There are competitors. I've tried some of them. They can't hang with this piece, especially if you're in the Apple/iTunes ecosystem.

Siri added so much to this version. I use the voice commands to go back "x" number of seconds when I miss an important line of dialogue. I love the new daily updated wallpapers too. The menu is smoother and much easier to use. The App Store allows you to do so much more than the original

Bought it to make the T.V. in my room more like a smart T.V. Turned it into a smart T.V. on steroids!

The New Apple TV is worth every single penny! The simplicity in this product is absolutely beautiful!

thinking about cutting the cord? this is totally the way to go!

We were excited to get the new Apple TV. When we opened and set it up, we were disappointed that it did not have the Amazon video app or Amazon. We purchase movies on both iTunes and Amazon. We also asked the sales associate if Apple TV could potentially replace cable TV and he said yes and showed us the app options. After setting up we also found out that you have to have a cable subscription to the channel in order to have access. I wish I would've read the reviews before purchasing. We ended up returned our Apple TV.

this is a markedly improved over the last generation. The integration of logins for broadened material to watch is much appreciated. New apps like Plex that allow me to stream my own media to tv work flawlessly. only draw back from this model is no 4K support or optical sound.

My wife loves this thing. She uses it more then I do myself, which is why I originally bought it LOL

Apple TV is Apple TV. If you have Apple products then you know its capabilities and that is why you buy it. This is my second Apple TV. The first I use on a monitor that is not connected to cable. I had to pay more than I wanted, but that is because it does more than I need.

Keeps getting better. New apps keep getting added making it even more of what I was looking for when streaming tv. Plus the air play is an added bonus for the apps that are not available yet but are on my iPhone or iPad.

This far surpasses any other streaming player I've ever used and it takes Apple TV to the next level!

I had the previous generation Apple TV, however, this one was a HUGE upgrade. Apple really worked on this product and I love the new features that are on it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great streaming player.

I replaced my gen2 Apple TV with this one. I like the touch remote and Siri functions.

Improved in many ways over the previous generation AppleTV - ability to add apps, play games, Siri, etc. However, there are a few flaws, in my opinion. The remote can be a bit wonky when attempting to select items. Some apps (Hulu, for example) seem to consistently freeze and need to be restarted - though this is more an issue with app developers. Improvements are likely to be seen in subsequent software updates.

This product is worth the miney because there is so much more that the old Apple TV doesn't have. Apple products are aleays great and you can even get the Apple Care warranty at Best Buy which is great because I wouldn't like to go to an Apple Store and pay 100 dollars. No problems yet.
