Its a nice set up for the price...allows options for those trying to cut the cable cord. Since I'm non-techy, Haven't yet tapped into all the capabilities...

Definitely an improvement. But, not so great as to require an immediate upgrade over the old version. I would wait for 2.0 and hopefully 4k support and an Amazon Video app.

I'm a apple fan as it is, but the new Apple TV is great! You can talk into it like you would in ur other devices, but I feel it's smarter. If you have the online cable or Netflix, just say what you want to watch and bam! Great product, glad I upgraded from the older version.

I use all Apple products and it’s great being able to cast to my tv when I want to.

Great Device, and a nice way to clean out your storage shelf of dvds and tv shows. I just wish the 4k actually worked on the device and it wasnt such a hassle to get remotes to work with each other

If you us Mac and iOS devices this will be familiar and the best option for streaming, it's better than the previous model in just enough ways to make it worth the upgrade.

I just to have the previous version and I was not fully convinced about upgrading, but I am glad I did. Airplay works smoother, SIRI works very well, and the interface and usability takes a little getting used to, but I am glad I upgraded. I mainly use it for streaming movies.

I love my new Apple TV. I recently upgraded my older generation for this one and would change it for the world. We currently do not have cable at our house and this is perfect. We can watch everything we normally would as long as we have a Netflix and Hulu subscription.

Watch Apple TV every day. Great for the whole family. Can't believe we didn't get one sooner!!

It's an Apple TV. Improved. Juiced up with more horsepower and ready to go. You won't go wrong unless you need competing services like Amazon, VUDU etc. in which case don't buy this at all, because it's Apple and they lock you into their world, not letting most others in!
