    I upgraded to the 4th edition, was previously using the 3rd edition, and love the extra features it comes with. My favorite is being able to connect my apple music to the apple tv, allowing myself to hear it on a louder speaker. Also love the airplay feature!

    If you are a Mac household, this is the simplest streaming solution for video. in addition to the usual Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming services. The fact that it can stream photos from iPhoto makes this a very easy solution for people who may not be technophiles.

    Apple TV guides you through the easy set up process. Watching Netflix (and everything) in HD, like God intended, is nice. Using the voice search makes finding apps and shows so easy and is much faster than having to type things with a remote or your phone.

    I decided to purchase the Apple TV when Best Buy had a deal that you could get $50 off the 32 GB version with the purchase of a MacBook. I had the original and it had been resetting frequently while I was streaming Hulu or Netflix. The new version is much better. The streaming seems to be clearer and it much less cluttered on the home page for the apps. I really like that you are able to customize the homepage with the apps you choose to download. I would recommend this to anyone. Remember that the apps you download are usually there to just stream video, not download it. The apps do not take up much room and it would only make sense to purchase the 64 GB if you plan on downloading a lot of apps and games onto your Apple TV.

    You select your favorites from the App Store and enjoy watching, listening, or playing. From your favorites TV shows to movies to playing games you are in control. Plus you can enjoy your music or select Pandora. This device is our family's favorite streaming device.

    With a stronger processor, the 4th Generation of the Apple TV is a great streamer, especially if you've bought into the Apple ecosystem. I've used the included Siri much more than anticipated but it would be nice if you could tell it to play a movie in your local iTunes collection. That hasn't happened yet (they want you to rent or buy from iTunes, I get it). Still, a big step up from Generation 3.
