We have had the olde version for awhile and we were pleasantly surprised with the new features. Having Siri is a nice touch. We cut cable and using our Apple TV's has been essential in that process. Can't recommend enough!

The 4th generation Apple TV's are hands down the best on the market.

Just purchased this as a gift for my daughter. She had been using our first generation Apple TV. She is very pleased with the improvements in the remote and the ability to use you phone keyboard for entry on the Apple TV.

So far, pleased with the ease and performance of the 32g Apple TV which is linked to my Sony Bravia 55" 900C tv. although the Sony is preloaded with apps, it would not mirror to anything but android. The Apple TV solved that problem.

Many new apps and features. Nice to have storage. Only drawback us the missing optical out port.

The 32 gig apple TV has been the best product I own to date. The streaming video playback is awesome. Siri works great and I can pick out all my movies and tv programs as simple as one button. epitome of laziness - I love it....

Good but it has some glitches. Sometimes when I'm watching something inside an app like yesterday I was watching the HISTORY app and for some reason it froze. When I went back into get back to what I was watching it said the app was unavailable and to try again later I unplug the Apple TV read tried multiple times and still nothing happened. Finally I went in another room to watch TV when I came back an hour later it was working.

I purchased this fairly close to the launch of the product and was not impressed. At this time it doesn't offer any truly compelling reasons to purchase it over the Fire TV. Perhaps once Apple updates it with additional features and functionality it will be worth the price premium.

I have two versions and this 4th generation is better since we can add apps to the device unlike the 3rd generation version.

I did not like the remote with it and wish more videos I could watch

I owned the original Apple TV until I couldn't download the update. The new Apple TV is as good as the original except it has Sire. Sure is only used with apples own movies. It won't search Netflix or Hulu. That is disappointing.

it appears this will be an awesome product as the market matures. at this point there are not as many apps available as one might expect.

Voice command is the best! This device has tons of viewing options!

I love the Apple TV in general. We have the older model but this one is so much better and well worth the money. I can access Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and download tons of apps. I also like that you can access Siri using the remote.
