Easy to use

The menu is self explanatory, just click on the menu or the picture and there you are just where you want. No technician required. I bought 2 more for the spare rooms

Great way to watch TV & connect your IPad

Make sure your local cable premium Channels
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apple TV works great except for the following problem; My local cable provider, Charter Spectrum, does not support Apple TV and doesn't allow you to watch your Premium Channels on Apple TV. Such as HBO, Showtime, etc.... Not good and Charter cannot, or will not, provide me with any information when they will support Apple TV. They support Roku...not sure what the problem is with Apple????

keeping up with Apple technology
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had received the older Apple TV and decided to exchange it and pay the different for the newer version since Apple is constantly adding new versions and it's hard to keep up. I think it was worth the investment, but the remote is much different than the older version's remote and the interface is also different when maneuvering through apps. You have to download the apps (which is nice because there's not a huge menu of apps you don't use), but you have to figure out how to do all of that. Also, the speak feature is really annoying and I'll accidentally enable it and it reads EVERYTHING I do on the tv and it's obnoxious, then I have to research online how to turn it off, because it's not just a 1-button click. Overall, I'd buy the newer version Apple TV over the older one for the slightly higher price due to some other features it offers.
