Apple TV while flawed is my go to for Netflix movies. AirPlay is great too. I still find content that needs roku so it's not an end all device. I also have a son who is hard on the delicate piece of art they call a remote. At $75 to replace a remote, keep it up high or consider another option.

I am not the biggest fun of apple, but I have a to say that the Apple Tv and the new control those the job. It is well made and it is fast. I do not like the fact that I have to register to use the apps, but it is only a small detail that you have to overcome. Overall, it is a great product.

Don't have cable, so wanted to get something that would allow me to watch everything in one place. Nice and easy to use, I love being able to browse the apple store for shows and movies.

I like the interface and the device works well, but the remote drives you a little batty; the touch pad is sensitive and if accidentally gripped incorrectly it takes not much at all to send you off into a wonderland of where you don't really want to be. Other than that, she's apples.

I love the new design with the remote and console itself. You can download movies directly to the hardrive. You have a lot of apps and all the channels you need. No more cable or anything.

I bought a smart tv, but could not get all the apps from my favorite networks. Apple TV brings a wider selection plus the mirror feature is easy with my iPhone and MacBook. Worth the money.

If you have the 1st generation AppleTV then you will love this. Great upgrade and a must-have! Siri makes everything so much easier and fun. Perfect addition to any room's entertainment setup.

The only thing a little bit tricky is the remote pad... you need to point carefully what you want to get.

The free shows some apps have is nice. Getting Hulu with Apple TV is a way cheaper and nearly all encompassing cable alternative. I love that it links up to my iPhone for streaming from my phone, showing photos, or listening to iTunes. The downside is missing local channels and sports.

I love the Siri feature along with the simple UI. I am looking forward to Apple adding more functionality.

Just as the iPhone really came into its own once the app store allowed it to be customized far beyond its original capacity, the 4th gen AppleTV has grown up bigger and better. It used to be a toy; now it's a proper product. The Siri functionality has completely streamlined the way we consume media. We're finding shows we'd like to watch with greater ease, and just enjoying all interactions with the device. Even when it's not being actively used, the gorgeous aerial screensaver videos are stunning. Gaming functionality is pretty limited and the motion control of the remote is a bit gimmicky, but all other aspects of the user interface are top notch.

Excellent new version of the AppleTV. I'm a heavy Plex user and this device is excellent for that purpose.

I watch Hulu tv and Netflix as a way to have cable without paying ridiculously high cable bills. I love the Siri function, ask for a show on hulu and it takes you straight there!

Wish there was an easier way to "power off" (think you can only put it in "sleep" mode), otherwise is fairly easy to use and can do about everything you could ask from a smart player

Great way to watch some forms of TV. I'm still trying to figure out ESPN and other forms of satellite TV.

We still have our old Apple TV and this one is nice too... but the remote takes a bit of getting used to.

I skipped a few versions of the Apple TV. I can only compare it to the 1st generation and of course it does not disappoint! I love that it has all the favorite channels in one place!

The device was incredibly easy to set up and very intuitive. Within minutes I was watching favorite Netflix programs and using the Siri voice commands to navigate my way through the menus.

Apple TV is the hands down best streaming device oit there. The picture is gorgeous and has a great user experience.
