Rotten Apple...

I preferred my own movies to be on the main screen. I can deal with that though... Annoying as it is. The remote however is horrible. Technically it "works" but it's awkward and when you are watching a movie it's too easy to scroll ahead if you even just touch it. It's also hard to tell which part is the track pad part and which is not. You have to read the buttons, which wouldn't be a problem if you don't watch movies in the dark...

Better but still needs

However, they do not compare at all to the NVIDIA Shield!! They lack the ability to download a lot of free apps and apple simply locks their products down too hard. Having said that, I do like the fact they have an NHL app which for whatever reason the NVIDIA does not. 3 stars only because they are a bit difficult but if you are strictly an Apple person then the improvements are FAR greater than the first gen Apple TV

A Great upgrade from the previous generation
