I had the older version as well , comparing these two, I found out the older one is easier to use but of course the newer one is better in the remote , tech . and it's heavier too

This is the second Apple TV to own. Great product and has many more features. Apple products rule.

At first I thought that I didn't need an apple tv because I have a smart TV and I have a computer and a tablet. Why would I need an apple TV? The convenience of having everything all in one place, and Siri makes it. Also, the most important feature to me, the ability to screen mirror any apple product. I had a chromecast but youre limited to what you can stream with that. Can't go back now, and wouldnt want to. Cant stop using this thing.

I love the apps available as well as the games. Definitely worth the upgrade over Apple TV 3.

Easy to connect, convenient access to Netflix and other apps. I do not like the voice over feature.

We are an Apple Family. I know the arguments about Android being better, but for us Apple is great. All our products work together, take the same chargers and communicate easily. They do all we need and more with ease. Even the remote charges with the same lightning cord as our iphones, ipads etc. I like have all our movies on iTunes for the kids. No looking for DVD's or them getting scratch. They can play on all our devices.

Got tired of my cable bill and switched to Playstation Vue (which is amazing). So I used this to access the Playstation Vue now. While there were cheaper routes for me to go, having several other Apple devices in the house, this was the simplest way to go. As usual, works well with other devices and is intuitive. I even learned you can pair your bluetooth headphones to it, if watching late night tv while others are sleeping!

Love my apple TV. It was very easy to setup and works well with the roku, directv and or surround sound bar. I would love to get another one for our upstairs.

Tv is beautiful, sharp and the picture is always great even from very high angles. It is our main TV and gets tons of use. Looks sharp when off too. For 1080p can't be beat!

I have both Apple TV and Amazon Fire TV and I love them both. I basically use the Apple TV for everything but Amazon original series that I watch. I like that I can buy a movie on my phone and then it's automatically there on Apple TV. It works smooth and flawless and the remote is great. Love it has rechargeable battery. I have the 32gb which is nice to save movies so u don't always have to stream. Highly recommend for the price.

Apple Tv is best when used with Mac and other apple products .Airplay feature on apple Tv is best.

Streams everything I need plus AirPlay is handy and useful for everyone with Apple devices and Macs.
