I truly enjoy this generation of Apple TV, in fact it is the 3rd one I own. I have owned every other generation before it and this upgrade is incredible. The UI is intuitive and easy to use and the “watch next” feature is extremely useful.

My daughter loved her Apple TV that we got her as a gift several years ago, so we upgraded to the new model with Bluetooth and voice commands. She is a new Mom and can now talk to her TV when tending to the baby. Apple TV is a must for all Apple users!

I have two Apple TV boxes at my house and bought this one for my mother in law so she could stream her iPhone to the tv. Setup is quick and easy and she's had no complaints. She's a beginner and hasn't had any issues figuring it out or using it.

Absolutely best system around. Have used other products and nothing compares. Have five in the household and have purchased more for other people. This is the best version of the product since you are able to download so many different apps.

Cut the cord over a year ago. I've tried different devices for different streaming but the AppleTV integrated best with our house. When I found out SlingTv was available on the new AppleTV, the decision to upgrade was easy. The whole house is happy!

I a previously had an Apple TV and there is no doubt that the 1080p on this generation is better, the expanded app library is nice too. I wish they wouldn't have removed the audio optical out. Also, an eq adjustment for the audio would be nice since volume is an adjustable option now when pairing a Bluetooth speaker, maybe an update somewhere down the line will add this option.

I like the new Apple TV better than the old one. Not cheap, but worth it.

Bought this with one main goal. I had issues with my comcast cable in one room of the house. Cable was bad but wireless Internet access was good. So thought I could use this to access my Comcast streaming. Little did I know Comcast blocked the use of this device. Outside of that, this worked great for me to get to other internet accessible areas I wanted to.

Upgraded from an AppleTV 2. Really love the remote, allows me to do so much more and navigate so easily. Having Siri on hand helps a great deal too, now I don't have to manually navigate all the time, I can speak to locate movies and music.

I was hesitant to buy this because I thought it would be complicated. It was easier then I thought. I logged into my iTunes and DIRECTV account and from there it recommended the apps that work with the service. I am in love with my Apple TV.

Works as advertised the remote is a bit finnicky but i like the interface.

Love my Apple TV. It does everything you expect but the greatest feature I think is the ability to play photos from your cloud. This means instead of pictures sitting in an album they scroll through on the TV for everyone to see

I have no idea how this works. By all that I know, it shouldn't work. Beam me up Scotty. But it works. And it is magic. And fun. The only draw back is I am spending all my money buying movies and TV shows to watch. But enjoying every minute of it.

If you are a techy - it is worth upgrading - however if you are just using Apple TV for Netfilx and Airplay - then you probably could skip this generation and wait for additional enhancements.

Compared to the original Apple TV, this is amazing! There are so many more apps available, and we really enjoy this version better. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that I don't like the remote. It has a trackpad that is fairly sensitive, so I am frequently rewinding or fast forwarding unintentionally. I definitely preferred the original remote.
