I have cable, but bought this for the Netflix, iTunes, and the different tv apps for on demand services. It definitely does the trick and the Siri search capabilities are really nice. Overall I'm very pleased with this product.

though I have roku, but loved it for ease of search using siri.

We went through several Fire sticks because they were so reasonable proceed but they kept giving out so we gave up. Love that we can mirror our phones on the device. It makes for a great time when showing photos to family.

This is another must have device from Apple if most of the folks in the house have Apple phones and devices. However, as someone who also owns a Roku device for a different TV, I can confirm that Apple needs to do a lot more work to enhance user experience for a streaming device where Roku is clearly head and shoulders above competition.

More then expected. Upgraded from last Apple TV. Graphics are excellent. Can adjust the sensitivity for touch pad. It takes getting use to touch pad. Game play experience is similar to Xbox 360. Can buy controller separately.

I had an older Apple TV and loved all that it could do, but when I moved into my new home, I decided to upgrade and get a newer model. Wow! Am I glad I did! The s=search feature by voice is worth the upgrade all by itself.

I really didn’t think upgrading would really make a difference from my 3rd gen. But I was wrong. They really made everything better. The setup copied everything from my iphone and was up and running in like two minutes.

This a the second version four Apple TV I have purchased. The big plus for me is the ability to download apps. Navigation on the new Apple TV still leave something to be desired. All in all I think it's a welcome improvement.

I use this as a iPad presentation device for work. It plugs into TV and I airplay my Ipad screen to the TV for a issue free presentation. I was tired of using PPT on windows machines and clicker devices.

It's a good streaming device, I didn't like the remote and it doesn't do 4K, buy the Amazon Fire.

I got this to be able to watch TV on Hi Definition in one room while only having one cable box in another room that is only standard definition. Also, I like to use AirPlay from our phones to be able to look at videos.

Great purchase if you are trying to pull the cable plug.

I was skeptical about upgrading my apple tv 2nd Gen to the new version. Wanted 1080p resolution and was surprised that the new Apple TV loads Netflix much faster than the old.

This this sucks i hate the remote and why is apple getting rid of outputs instead of adding them?

This is my 3rd one. Just wish it supported 4K standards

I got this for Mother's Day from my husband, I was so surprised! I'm not hugely tech savvy, but the Apple TV is quite easy to use. It's also really fun to explore everything that you can do and all the apps you can use.

Love how you can add your own apps and play games. Had a bit of trouble with the wifi connection, hard wired and it worked great! Just moved and the wifi connection is great. I got rid of Directv because I love this so much.

We love this, it was easy to setup and so easy to use.

Though we are still learning all the things this apple can do, we love being able to integrate our phones with the system. It eliminated the need for cable television and allows us to pay for only what we actually want. Amazing!
