They really smooth out the experience and it's so fluid. I am so happy I upgraded.

I currently have a 2nd generation Apple TV and this generation is so far beyond the old one it is ridiculous. Haven't had a chance to use Siri yet, but if it works like the rest and the phone, I'm sure it will be great too! Love the new remote.

When researching at first, could not find good information on wireless transfer of HD from my Mac to the tv, Apple TV does this extremely easy! Actualily it does my other 2 apple products as well, iPhone and iPad Pro. Hooking it up was easy, if you have apple products already, it can take all that information and apply it to the Apple TV. I'm not sure how it works with all tvs, but with my Samsung, the Apple TV cuts the tv on automatic anytime you use it and putting it into sleep mode, cuts it off. Apps are fantastic and run super smooth, one big app is missing though, amazon video... but if you have phone or iPad, just airplay it to the Apple TV, no big deal. Siri on the remote responds really well, the touch part for scrolling is pretty sensitive, but still not bad. Most Best Buys have the demo setup, definitely check it out!

I got this as a gift and I love it. I can mirror from my phone to the TV and I can play games. I love streaming from this device also. I Think that this is a big improvement from the last generation Apple TV. And it's very easy to use as well. Great buy!

So happy. Had old Apple TV and was satisfied with it but lacked the ability to add apps, so happy I upgraded. Love the touch remote as well! Very easy to use. Bought this as well for my mom who is not tech savvy. Easy for her to use and navigate

I had one of the previous versions, but it wasn't anything I used much. This new one is definitely better and something I'll probably get more use out of.

This is a vast improvement over the Apple TV previously released. Option to download apps versus being given specific apps allows you to set up the device to your liking. No more hiding apps you don't use, just don't download them. Better functionality for apps performing on the device as well. Siri is kind of nice, but limits you if you aren't fully immersed in the iTunes infrastructure.

Absolutely would buy this for multiple tvs in my house. This is a nice update from the first Apple TV and I love hat it syncs to your other apple products so you can type on your phone instead of using the remote to scan through the alphabet.

Much better than previous version. New functions and apps. Plex is extremely cool.

I love the remote, and it's great that I can use the remote to control my tv as well. I love the fact that you can Bluetooth head phones to it. great buy!

For streaming media to your tv this is a great, if a bit expensive, product. If you are married to Apple products then this is a must have.

I upgraded my gen 3 to this. Very happy with it. It does take so getting use to the trackpad. Siri does work well if your commands are phrased correctly
