Much improve versus their first system. I bought this system for my parents who are in their 60s. They've had no issue with using the remote and downloading applications on the memory system. The apps are endless and subscriptions to services like Netflix have allowed for cutting back on cable costs. Highly recommend this product!

The new Apple TV is here! Just like the previous two generations, this device streams all kinds of great content in high definition to your television in an easy to use, easy to setup package. However, unlike the previous generations, this one has an App Store. The selection right now is a little lacking, but I'm sure it will pick up.

The beefed-up processor, the trackpad remote and the ability to install apps make this the best Apple TV yet. Scrolling through screens and menus is snappy and effortless. This unit is much faster than the previous model. Our family has loved it. And as more content providers develop apps, the expansion possibilities are numerous.

I bought this to upgrade from the previous generation, and am very impressed so far. My wife can navigate this setup much easier than the last generation of Apple TV. All the added features are well thought out, although some features are a bit glitchy. I am sure they will be handled in future updates. I really like the remote also.

I had a ROKU before buying an apple tv. While roku is very customizable, the interface its ugly and very generic. The apple tv is beautiful to use and it works perfectly for most needs. If you're looking for customization this might not be for you, but if you want something that works, it is a great device.

I knew I was going to like the new model/upgraded Apple TV - and now that I have it, I truly can say this new model is true to the advertising, it is truest amazing. The interface alone is so much more user friendly than the older Apple TV, the apps, games, and Siri all make this Apple TV truly amazing, you won't be disappointed

I have always been a fan of AppleTV. I wanted to upgrade my 3rd Gen AppleTV to this newer one so I could put my other one in my bedroom. The new Apple TV works great. The new interface is much cleaner looking. Siri integration is fun, but I don't use it often. Overall I would recommend this to anyone because of its ease of use.

Since I purchased the Apple TV, I have been able to enjoy entertainment in a more limitless way. I like the AirPlay option, where I can mirror anything from my iPhone, iPad or Mac. I also like visiting the App Store, where plenty of games can be played on the screen. I would, however, like a different controller for the games.

I'm overall very happy with this device. The AirPlay feature is night and day when compared to previous gen Apple TV devices. It is smooth and works all the time finally. The games are nice but without the SteelSeries Nimbus are not really worth playing. The App Store though is amazing! Overall super pleased with my purchase.

The new Apple TV is great. The swipe feature on the remote control is easy to use and the Siri integration is flawless. I am really impressed by how fast the product is. I can ask a simple question and it responds in less than a second it seems. The fact that I can now play games with it as well like a console is really cool

I absolutely love this unit. I use it for streaming movies and being able to watch all my iTunes purchases is fantastic. I recently found out that i can use air play to stream things directly from my Iphone to my TV. This feature allows me to use my Amazon Prime account and watch it on the tv. Great unit, highly recomended!

I really like Siri features, new look is great! Apps are better. Storage from iTunes available. This is a new feature. Some issues with Netflix and closed captioning turning on but easy to turn off with Siri and new update seemed to fix. The remote is new with swipe features and a little bigger so we don't loose it as much.

The new AppleTV was a long time coming. The features and interface are smooth and work great and it's astounding how responsive Siri is when using the remote. I can't think of a single time that she misunderstood me or wasn't able to answer my question. Too notch product that's a must if you're a religious AppleTV user.

So it has SIRI that really works, but SIRI will not work with You Tube and the keyboard to type searches into youtube is painful. Love the App Store now I can choose what apps I want. The HD screensavers are awesome, love the touch remote, When the Remote starts going flat, instead of telling you, it just goes nuts by randomly turning up the volume on your TV (very strange)

It is a decent upgrade to the previous Apple TV if all you do is stream tv. I have not tried everything the upgrade of Apple TV can do. The new version can download apps, play games, and stream anything from Apple Iphone, Ipad, and Apple Computer. It is more powerful than the previous version. Since I don't plan on playing a lot of games on the TV, I purchased the 32 GB version. If you only plan on streaming, the previous version maybe a better deal for your money.

Likes: download and arrange apps from App Store, volume and on/off control works on TV or home theater amplifier, voice search only works with Netflix and Hulu :-( , wifi works great, nice picture and sound, touch pad very touchy (turns on tv when you just want to move it), haven't used motion input on remote yet

I been playing around with citing cable and getting a Apple TV and with this new model I knew it was time to buy one. I love the App Store. I have downloaded all my favorite chanels's apps so I can watch all my favorite shows. Plus the UFC app where I can order PPV fights is hands down my favorite of all the apps.

I had the last generation Apple TV and it was a great device, but this new Apple TV is better in every way. It's faster, it's user interface is better, siri voice is incredible and of course the App. Store. My father-in-law has a Roku, and the Apple TV beats it in every way. You will not be disappointed. Love it!

I wasn't expecting to like this Apple TV as much as I do. It was easy to install and easy to use. I love the Siri feature and the app screen. For the Apple enthusiast you'll find the app screen similar to that of the iPhone. The Specs listed online really helped me to make the decision to purchase this version.
