I upgraded from the previous generation apple TV and couldn't be more happier. I love the apps. I love the voice control. Not just a newer model, it's a better model.

Great to have one remote to control the applications this Apple TV brings into your home.

We purchased this version of apple tv because our old version kept glitching and restarting while watching netflix and hulu. That issue is now resolved. At first I was annoyed I had to upgrade to get the same functionality, but honestly, being able to tell Siri "find me x movie" and have it show up on screen on every app it's an option on saves me from checking netflix, then hulu, before heading to purchase in iTunes. It's smoother, and I finally don't have 9000000 extra apps on my home screen.

When it comes to video streaming there are so many options out there. Roku, Kinobox, smart TV's. The Apple TV though isn't just a streaming device, it's an experience. It is hooked up to your Apple ID so everything you purchase from the store is all saved and will be forever which is really nice. The new remote makes browsing shows seamless and SIRI makes searching so easy. I know this is a long review but if you are in the market for a streaming device, this will always be the first choice.

This Apple TV is pretty nice! I would recommend it if you like to watch movies, stream stuff and play games. If you just want a cheap device to stream stuff and mirror your iPhone. I would just go for the regular Apple TV. But if you want memory and you got t he money why not

The new remote can be a little tricky to figure out, but once you do, it's great. You can stream movies or music through apps or use mirroring and stream from your computer. It paired easily with my TV and sound system. There is an Apple TV remote app, so if you don't want to use the remote control, you can use your mobile device. The remote is very responsive, and actually quite sensitive. My cats keep turning the Apple TV on by walking on the remote! The remote is small and thin, it charges via lighting cable from your computer or charging block. The only thing missing is the Amazon Video app.

sleek interface, easy to use remote and responsive! what else would ya need? I am wondering why I stuck to my android tv for 1 year before switching to apple.

Apple TV is user friendly. Easy set-up also. Cut cable after purchasing this.

We have been using the olde version of apple TV for years and have been hesitant in upgrading. It was worth it!!! Much better in all ways...remote, interface etc...

use this for plex and its a good small device, has tons of features, voice command and swipe remote are good, just have to remember to keep it charged!

No reviews needed for apple TV I guess, the only reason it's not getting a five star is because Apple removed the optical audio out. Now if you need to hookup you apple tv to your analog audio system, you must purchase an hdmi audio extractor, usually more expensive than the Apple Tv itself. Also, i did not enjoy the double thickness. Hiding your apple tv behind your wall mounted Flat tv became a challenge.

My Apple TV has allowed me to cancel my cable service. Saving me 100s of dollars a year.

I had 3rd gen Apple TV in my house, I wasn't expecting that much difference but the UI, remote, Siri, etc. All of these made HUGE improvement from the previous gen.

This thing is amazing! It's like having a huge iPad that you can talk to at your disposal

We kept our older Apple TV and we notice a huge difference between the two now. The newer one is faster, much easier to search for things on and we love the remote.

Love this product. Loads of great entertainment apps. Cant wait to see what is in store for this device. Games aren't my thing,but that may change. Use my parent's cable login to watch regular TV wherever I want.

The remote is a nice update from the old one. Apple TV does everything it's says it does. It works great for streaming, either from an IPad or the device itself.
