The only missing thing which was a complete surprise was that Siri just works in English.... Something that does not happen with the IPhone which can be used in Spanish for example...

Slight upgrade from the last model, functionality is basically the same. If you don't have an ATV, then go with this one. If you already own one, then wait for the next upgrade.

Im very pleased with my "Apple TV" product ! its a plug and play with no confusion.... works well gives great options and choices to online TV Viewing... Thank You once again APPLE !

I had the old version and the new version is much better. It took them awhile to come out with it, but they did and it is great. Kids love it and they enjoy the games and mirroring.

Best feature is that I can speak to the remote and find shows, movies, videos in a snap! Everything else seems the same except the little updates on visuals on icon and scrolling.

Works just like it should! Airplay is nice. And now being able to use apps and games is cool!

I waited fo a long time before buying. Did not think I truly needed it as I have steaming services through my DVD player and TV. I bought it finally for the convenience of accessing my photos and videos easily from my iPhone,iPad etc. to my surprise I find myself using Apple TV now to stream everything. Super user friendly interface and speed and quality of streaming far surpasses any other capable equipment I have. Love It!

I received this as a Father's Day gift after my smart Blu-Ray player died. As usual, for Apple, this device is presented in a terrific package. The remote control has top-notch look and feel, and works well. Voice-to-text is very reliable, even with the remote at arm's length (with my hand resting on the arm of the recliner). In the 'frosting on the cake' category, the screen saver videos are always beautiful to look at, and sometimes mesmerizing. Two Negatives: I wish it had an audio-out jack in a common format, and I'm surprised (and disappointed) there aren't Vudu and Amazon Prime Video apps.

I love my Apple TV! I have a Mac, iPhone and iPad so it was only fitting to get an Apple TV. I can connect all of my shows and movies that I have on iTunes so it's super convenient

Just what I wanted. Allows me to use my iTunes account on my tv as well as purchase just the channels I will watch. Saved lots of money getting rid of my cable bill.

great addition to my home entertainment. i wish that you could use all of the tv channel apps without having a service provider however it is a great piece of hardware. i love it.

Better than previous version. Easy to navigate and having Siri helping you with search is a plus.

This was a gift for my daughter and she absolutely LOVES it! She's away at college so this works perfect for her in her dorm. She's now able to use this to watch netflix on her tv.

We were looking for an alternative to expensive cable plan and decided to try Hulu Live TV which requires 4th Gen AppleTV. Love this product. Occasionally will freeze momentarily while buffering, but I believe that is an internet issue and not a product issue.

When this was announced along with its app store I knew I had to have one... The day PLEX announced they were working on an app. I didn't get one for Christmas, so I treated myself

I had my Apple TV set and running... I was a bit disappointed cause I thought it will automatically download my apps once I sign in using my iTunes ID.. And also some apps don't work on it and if you tried to mirror your phone it won't play still such as the cable providers apps.

Apple TV is a great overall product. The new TVos is great and the interface works really well. The only thing missing is apps. It would be nice if this was truly a media hub for your house and connected to your Dish or Cable service and replaced the need for a separate box. Hopefully this feature will come in the future. If you are tied into the Apple iTunes ecosystem, this device is a pleasure to use to watch your collection. Spotify connectivity is notably missing because Apple wants to keep you on Apple Music. Lack of apps loses one star. Easy to setup and ready to go in minutes. I have three of them.
