Much easier to search something simply by sliding your finger across the glass pad as oppose to old version which you had to click click to type a letter

I purchased this as a gift for someone. I rated it as good, not great, as I received the product as advertised, and have not taken it for a spin as well.

AS USUAL THE APPLE TV IS A GREAT INTERFACE AND OFFERS THOUSANDS OF HOURS OF INTERESTING EXPLORATION. THE GRAPHICS ARE GREAT AND THE INTERFACE IS SLICK. GETTING FAMILIAR WITH THE REMOTE IS DIFFERENT AND I HAVE YET TO EXPLORE THE VERBAL INTERFACE. OVERALL A WORTHWHILE ADDITON TO ANY GEEKS DIGITAL TOYS. THE PRICE HAS DROPPED TO AFFORDABLE AND WELL WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION.

I absolutely love this other than the remote, it needs be made alot easier to use

I bought this as a gift for a friend of mine. It was an upgrade from his previous apple TV. He loves that you can do more on it then the previous model.

I use this primarily for mirroring my iPad pro. Works great for watching videos and movies. I definitely recommend if u plan to use it for that purpose.

the apps you can download are very limited. I wish they allowed more apps to be downloadable. But it works great. Yes i would buy it again if I have to.

I loveeeeee this thing...If only you could jailbreak the latest model. But i simply love this thing. It does everything I need and does it fast, unlike my firestick that takes time to do things. All things Apple and you wont be disappointed

I recently purchased this appletv 4th gen since it was on sale for $100. I started with the 3rd gen because that was only $70 and I thought it met my needs. The 4th gen is newer so it's faster and from what I can tell its broadcast better video on my 8 yr old tv. This unit also lets you download the apps you need vs having stock apps on the gen 3. So apps get updated and more are available. I've had no issues and apple mirroring works perfectly. The menu /navigation is super simplified which I like. Only drawback is it's not 4K compatible but at this time there isn't a lot of 4K content out there so 1080p is plenty. Since the video was so clear I didn't go and buy a new tv!!!This is a great addition to a home theater unless you don't like apple. For our needs this was perfect. If your an apple hater then roku with 4K is probably better for you.

If your a fan of Apple and a fan of tv, you can’t go wrong with this!
