the apps you can download are very limited. I wish they allowed more apps to be downloadable. But it works great. Yes i would buy it again if I have to.

I recently purchased this appletv 4th gen since it was on sale for $100. I started with the 3rd gen because that was only $70 and I thought it met my needs. The 4th gen is newer so it's faster and from what I can tell its broadcast better video on my 8 yr old tv. This unit also lets you download the apps you need vs having stock apps on the gen 3. So apps get updated and more are available. I've had no issues and apple mirroring works perfectly. The menu /navigation is super simplified which I like. Only drawback is it's not 4K compatible but at this time there isn't a lot of 4K content out there so 1080p is plenty. Since the video was so clear I didn't go and buy a new tv!!!This is a great addition to a home theater unless you don't like apple. For our needs this was perfect. If your an apple hater then roku with 4K is probably better for you.

I've purchased three of the new Apple TVs. Couldn't be happier with the product.

Works exactly as advertised and was plug and play. Does not include HDMI cable.

This has been a great product with the new features that are offered. We look forward to additional functionality to make the new Apple TV even better.

Not sure of all the capabilities but it is very functional for Hulu and Netflix.

I will have to admit the Apple TV 4th generation, surprised me. Didn't expect to use it as much as I do with ease and all it offers. I carry it when ever traveling. Made spending nights else where thinking I was within the comforts of home watching tv.

One of the best steaming device out there, the only real draw back is the lack of tv apps but it still support all the major ones so that is not to big of a deal and would suggest this to anyone that does most of the time watching tv through streaming.

We have one in every room. We watch tv, play games and rent movies.

Excellent for mirroring Apple MacBook Air images and use of Netflix

We enjoy the new apple TV its great. Being able to download apps from developers is nice and I see good potential. Knocked down 1 start for lack of 4K.

If you like watching movies or play games through the tv, this product is perfect for it. That's all I really use it for, I'm still learning about it.

I had the original Apple TV and was happy with it. I started hearing great things and decided to get the new one. The remote easy and fun. The integration of Siri works well. I'm very happy with both but the upgraded Version is worth the extra money.
