Good design, questionable remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The design of the Apple TV box itself is solid, and I'm glad it still has the option for wired Ethernet connections. The output quality is very good, and the unit is snappy when switching between apps. I really like the inclusion of the voice search on the remote, but not too impressed by the touch-pad design for maneuvering. For people that are more up to date on their tech knowledge, using the touch-pad on the remote is pretty natural, but not to those that are used to having directional pads on their remotes. Even for me, the sensitivity of the touch-pad is questionable. In all, it's a good device, but the only hindrance from getting 5 stars for me the remote deign, specifically, the touch-pad.

Alternate to cable TV
