My husband and I decided to finally get rid of our cable to not only eliminate the monthly bill but also because we simply weren't watching as much live TV anymore. We researched a variety of different options before deciding to go with the Apple TV. We have only had the product a few days and we are already so happy with the decision. The set up was very easy and the platform is so easy to use!

I have an older model of Apple TV in my home and needed one for use in our office meeting room. This one is even better and I may need it in my home now too. I love the ease of use with the Siri remote and the simplicity of Apple TV for almost anyone in my office saves me a lot of time not having to set everything up for different meetings. Thanks Apple and Best Buy!

The thing I like most is the app store. I have more apps to choose from, including one that allows you to check your connection speed. The sensor remote is kind of nice, but i'd say you should mess with the sensitivity for your own preference. The siri function is nice having a 2 year old who wants to randomly watch specific characters, you can just ask siri to show you shows/movies with ____.

The new Apple TV is a worthy successor to the previous model. The new remote is slick, the CEC over HDMI saves having the control for the receiver at hand to use it. You can choose the apps you want to have and these is onboard storage for all the apps you care to load. What you won't like is the fact that the previous Remote app for Apple TV does not support this model. Your stuck using the remote until this is rectified. Also, the layout ,of the on screen keyboard is horrible. You will to a lot of swiping back an forth in order to put in a user name, password or to search..

I like the new Siri experience. Very easy to use and the new remote is much better.

Big changes have come to the 4th generation of Apple TV. You can load and use apps and not just watch TV. This is a major upgrade from prior generations. The remote know allows you to use your finger to make gestures. Super easy to connect and use.

This is THE BEST streaming box available today. Nuff Said... I have tried them all. FireTV, Roku, Chromecast. I have had and used them all. The Apple TV 4th Gen. is the best one you can buy. Roku is a very close second and my referred streamer until the 4th Gen. Apple TV came out and now has an App Store.

The new Apple TV is rock solid. I really like the new interface and the new remote.

We all know that the options in terms of devices of this sort of quite high, but the Apple TV has been and continues to be the very best option out there. The design of the device itself as well as tvOS for the software is classic Apple and second to none. It integrates flawlessly into the Apple ecosystem for, say, an iMac, MacBook, iPhone, etc. with no problems. The remote itself seems, and is, straightforward, but the more you use it, the more it and the box itself are capable of. Didn't hear what someone said? Simply hit the Siri button and say, "What did she say?" and it will automatically go back about 15 seconds and turn subtitles on for a bit. Things like this are amazing in ways you don't know until you have it. Again, there are other options out there, but the Apple TV is the best of the best.

This is my third AppleTV that I've bought over the years. The layout is nice and the aerial screensaver are nice to play in the background while listening to music. Surprised there are no social media apps (Facebook, Twitter, etc) and some other apps on my phone that I think would work well on the AppleTV. It also seems the Siri option is great for finding things in the iTunes store, but I haven't been able to find out how to use Siri in my music library.

I like everything about it with the exception of the remote. I'm sure if I research into some of the issues were experiencing there's probably a work around. The remote is way too sensitive. When you go to put it down or if it slides off your chest, it does a function & interrupts your viewing experience. When watching a video on Plex & you go to turn up or down the volume, it pauses the movie & you must do a series of fumbling with menu pause & play functions to get it to play again. Siri is a nice feature, would like it to search within Plex & other 3rd party apps.

I could not be happier with my purchase! I already had the original Apple TV and use it all the time. The new Apple TV is a huge upgrade and the ability to choose the apps that you want on it is a great option. I love being able to play games on it as well.

I thought I would never purchase an Apple TV ever again until they released a 4K version, but I do like the touchpad and the ability to swipe and maneuver instead of always having to hit the MENU button. It does take some getting used to and unless you're a serious gamer, you only need the 32GB version of this Apple TV! Looks amazing on a 4K TV, I only wish they released a 4K Version!

Found it very easy to use, and the picture is super. Bought another for my Son.

Granted I am an Apple fan, but I truely believe this may be their best product. For several years my parents had the Roku, which is a decent product, but I couldn't figure any way to stream from my iPhone or iPad. We do a lot of sharing of pictures and videos and I felt that was something needed. I purchased the AppleTV specifically for my bedroom and fell in love with it immediately. The installation was simple and set up a breeze. The picture quality is awesome and the streaming is always perfect. Never a delay or buffering. Over the past year the Roku was giving us problems with buffering, which is why I decided to make a second purchase of an AppleTV for my parents living room. I then also gifted one to my brother for his home as he enjoys watching YouTube videos; this way he can utilize his 55" television for that purpose.

As part of the apple family of products, this is an awesome device. Apps and games are somewhat limited but they will grow as the ecosystem becomes larger. The swipe remote doesnot provide any additional functionality during navigation though. All you can do is up, down, right, left and click.. which can be done more easily with buttons rather than swipe. One thing i do not like about this is the fact that i cant use my samsung phone to cast youtube. It is pretty irritating, but i guess its youtube app issue rather than apple tv. All in all, a solid device.

Some features are better than the 1st Apple TV, such as the remote and connections to the App Store. The search features and typing need improvement.
