You need this if you want to connect your Mac to a external TV as none of the non-Apple devices to do that will work on Macs. Good product, easy to set up.

I love my Apple TVs, I have 2 of these. One in the bedroom and the other in the living room. Works well whether it’s hard wired or wireless!

The only bad thing is that it will quick you out of signing and make you sign in with the tv provider again like every two weeks. But the product is good for streaming from computer,tablet to tv

It is quite different than the previous Apple TV in the format, and mostly the remote (I am using the remote from the older version because the one that came with it is too sensitive and I don't like using it; as well as it can damaged much easier.

I wanted to stream my U-verse App from my phone to my Tv. The sales rep inside helped me check to see if it was capable of doing that before I purchased.

This is my first Apple TV, and i love it. Connects easily to my phone and love watching all of our movies from itunes.

Great update to this, with single sign on, must have for Apple lovers. If you want to use Homekit to smarthome your house, this should be a must on your list.

I upgraded from the previous generation Apple TV. The connectivity is much more reliable than the previous version. I now own two of the latest generation.

Love our Apple TV, we have multiple boxes in our house! They work great with IPhone, Apple Watch and MacBook! Can't wait to see what Apple brings us next. :)

Love it cause I made an old tv into smart tv, recommend this item to couple of friends that would love to make there older TVs into smart ones

I like this better than the other options. Apple phones work great with it too as keyboards when typing is needed and movie rentals/purchases.

We love love love our AppleTV. The ability of this device to stream our audio and video is superb, Apple Music streaming keeps our jams fresh in our crib.

The updates and slight changes in this Apple TV verses the previous are small, but do make a big difference. Once you get used to the changes it is really awesome!

Moved from a pc to the mac air. Love the size, the keyboard and the touch pad. Hard to get used to the differences in how to scroll and find things. Also miss the onboard connections to VGA etc. Each day in enjoy the computer more as it is truly portable.

Great buy for the price and it is an apple product that always with quality. The only thing bothers me is the keyboard layout. But overall, highly recommended.

I had the older model and it didn't have the ask sari feature which is a plus.Also the price at 149 isn't bad since I paid 99 bucks 3 years for the older one.

I think Apple needs real update on this product!!!!!

Being an owner of a 3rd gen. and a 4th gen., we decided to upgrade the 3rd gen. since we enjoy the UI & Siri so much!

I returned this item because it would not allow me to stream x finity go from comcast. Product works fine but regulations kept me from keeping this item
