I mainly bought the 4th generation Apple TV to be able to add apps. I also like the ability to be able to stream live tv since we did away with cable.

Awesome update to the Apple TV. You can tell that the advanced chip makes it go so much faster. Would definitely recommend to a friend looking to purchase a Apple TV.

We ditched our cable quite a while ago and rely on netflix and other online streaming. New Apple TV with apps is just perfect for me. It is faster than my old roku 2.

With Apple TV you will not have to store DVDs anymore! Just purchase or rent movies and stream them anytime. If you love gaming, you can now AirPlay games on your TV!

Great update to the Apple TV Line. The option to download many more apps and syncing with your Apple ID has made a new experience worth the increased premium price.

Apple TV is easy to use and lives up to all that it claims to offer. It is a wonderful addition to our entertainment center. We added another one to the bedroom TV.

This generation is really a good upgrade from 3rd gen! Its easier to navigate because of the touch pads and there is an apps that you could play with.

I had an Apple TV gen 2 and it had performed well, but I saw commercials for the new Apple TV and I just wondered about the new features. I tested one in the Best Buy store and was amazed at the speed and picture quality, loaded with tons of potential. So now I own one and It is my favorite tech toy. I have not found anything wrong or that I don't like about this device. Keep up the great work Apple.

I haven't had the chance to test out all the features yet, but so far, I'm impressed. It was easy to get setup twith my audio video system, and is mostly intuitive.

I had a Roku before I purchased my Apple TV. I hesitated at first but I am glad I decided to go with it. There is nothing I do not like about it. I like that it can stream the same music that I have on my phone right from my tv. I used to have to hook my phone up to listen to music but not anymore. It was easy to set up and synced with my phone automatically with no problems. I made a movie on my MacBook Air and was able to show it to my family right away using the Apple Tv. Once I signed in to all the stations I wanted, I was well on my way and cannot turn the thing off. Well worth the purchase.

Apple TV 3rd generation has NOTHING on this one. The App Store and Apps are exactly what was missing from this already amazing product. You will not be disappointed!

I have had the previous generation of Apple TV for many years now and loved it.. After a power surge, I was forced to replace the dead unit and went with this one. Overall, I couldn't be happier with the new functionality, but wish the price was a little less.

This is a great update for already existing AppleTV users. It's nice to be able to pull up a quick game of Crossy Road. Haven't finished exploring all the fun apps.

This is a great product for streaming TV. I looked at other set top boxes, but this really appealed to me. I have other Apple products so this interface works well.

The apple doesn't disappoint for a cord cutter also the addition of apps will propel it into another level of entertainment. Can't wait to see where this is heading.

Mirroring from your iPhone to tv. Stream all kind of media. It's in our living room and we use it everyday it's great. Kids love it plus you can play games on it.

I have the previous generation Apple Tv and this new model was a nice upgrade. The remote is much better than the older one, it makes searching a whole lot easier.

Access to the App Store has been sorely needed on the Apple TV. Before Apple was just dropping random nuggets on to the 3rd Gen's Menu screen. Now you can use the same apps you have purchased for your iPhone and iPad on your TV! Picture is great. Remote is alright. Keyboard input using the Siri remote kinda stinks. And did a mention the great screen savers!?!?!? Overall highly recommended.

Plug and play. This upgrade is miles beyond the previous Apple TV. Easy to use and with all the apps, there is something for the entire family to pull them into it.

Apple is always built good quality of products. This unit works a lot better than the Chromecast as it has remote control, and fast responsive time.
