This little thing has turned my dumb TV into a smart one! It does everything as advertised, and especially if you’re invested in the Apple ecosystem, this works great. At first I wasn’t sure what this thing did or why I would need one, but I realize now that it’s just a hub for everything that you watch. You can access all your streaming services and music, all natively on this unit. Makes the streaming easy and fast, and that’s what sets it apart from say a Chromecast, where you have to use another device to cast from. If you have a TV without built in apps, it’s a no brained. I think that even if your TV does have apps this would still make your life better just because of the ease and speed, and ability to use 1 remote, Siri, or your Apple devices to control everything is great too. Overall a great little media hub!

This Apple TV 4K is such an upgrade from the previous version (night and day difference) even with a smart tv this just steps everything up to a more premium experience

I recommend Apple TV for Apple users. It is simple t setup you really just need to enter your Apple ID and install any apps you use to watch programs or listen to music. You can also setup subscriptions to popular streaming services like Peacock and Paramount+ if you haven't previously subscribed. The 4K looks great assuming you have a 4K resolution TV.

I love my Apple TV. I upgraded from a roku device and I'll never go back. Better picture and interface and pairs easily with my phone and airpods.

Our older Sony TV was running incredibly slow trying to get apps to run so we bought Apple TV as a workaround. It's like an entirely new TV! The response is instantaneous for all the apps, the picture is perfect and setup was a breeze.

Best streamer out there. Super fast and easy. Ethernet works flawlessly.

Recently, we have been plagued with increasingly erratic behavior with our older Apple TV (2nd generation) device. I'm not sure how old the 2nd generation device was, but I do know we bought it when they first came out. So maybe six or seven years old. Anyway, I took a chance and bought this 3rd generation Apple TV device and it has solved all of our problems. So, there you go, one less thing to stress over and worry about. BTW, we prefer streaming through our Apple TV box more than any other device because the remote is so simple to use. We use it all the time in the dark and never have to turn a light to see a button like we do with our smart TV remote.

My Apple TV 4K brought my 10 year old 65 inch tv back to life! It cured the speed problems not only between apps but also the fast forwarding with apps!

I bought this because I'm tired of the laggy interfaces built into smart TV's. This dedicated box is SUPER responsive and fast, and incredibly easy to set up. I love that it has a physical ethernet port, I have it hooked straight into my switch so I have the fastest possible streaming speeds. I don't care so much that it integrates with the Apple ecosystem, as much as the fact that it has great hardware and makes a TV viewing experience far more enjoyable. I 1000% would recommend this to anyone looking to improve responsiveness and picture on their 4k TV.

The $150 price tag and lack of an included hdmi cabel were hard to justify at first but after awhile it became clear that the quality of the device is worth the drawbacks It is has a fast and fluid UI, no ads, the picture quality is superb and it has many customizable settings options that make the device your own. I would highly recommend it over other streaming platforms. If cost is a concern than a Roku device would be adequate. However, if you can save up a smidgen more I think the cost and lack or peripherals are small sacrifices for what is maybe the best streaming device on the market.

I’ve been wanting this for a while and having it now, I do not regret it at all. Quality is through the roof and being able to just seemingly transition between my Apple products is amazing!!!

Such higher quality video and sound than our previous service provider or even streaming direct through the SmartTV was an unexpected surprise. Easy to set up and easy to use. Wish the controller didn’t need to be recharged so often.

Best media player out there for conventional use. So many options but Apple TV has no ads littering the interface, very intuitive, great remote and top quality bitrate and picture.

It really is a great product. Certainly helps if you have other apple products (especially AirPods). It’s intuitive, looks great, fast, and aesthetically pleasing. I’m so happy with this purchase.

Excellent product to add to your home. I especially appreciate the ethernet included on this version, and support for Thread so that your smart home can run faster and more reliably. The apple TV by itself is an incredible interface, easy to use, high quality, and with beautiful aerial screensavers, you’ll never want to turn it off. Also, Snoopy!

UI is very fast compared to my current Roku. Also easy to connect any bluetooth headphones to use. Would recommend.
