Fast, quick, high resolution, safe, capable. I use it for YouTube, Zwift, and the major movie apps, and it is flawless. It just works. Glad I bought this. It replaces a the earlier 4K version, and the changes are pronounced. I got the hard wired version to make sure we get as much as we can out of our internet streaming. For a 'hobby' with their first generation, to this; I am glad they kept working on it.

Most of the features I wont use but If you are an apple fan, you’ll like it. The snappiness of it puts a fire stick to shame. There’s no delay or lag. The remote is like butter and has tons of movement features just like your I phone. Having Apple Music as an app and the remote ease of access was the selling point for me. For $160 or so, it’s probably overkill but worth it considering it has the same processor as your iPhone.

The best streamer you can get. Snappy UI makes switching between apps a breeze. Ever attempted to switch apps on your smart TV app? Excrutiating! For those who are privacy minded, Apple TV doesn't collect and sell your activity, nor does it display Ads on the home page. Experience is better if you own Apple products. You can throw FaceTime video on your screen or do shared listening sessions with Apple AirPods/Beats earphones. There's no Audio pass through. Remote is a bit sensitive to touch but is rechargeable. The product does not come with an HDMI cord.

Really great upgrade from Amazon Fire. I can share my iPhone or IPad screen on the TV. Also, I can connect my AirPods to the device and listen with them. Amazing box. More importantly, no annoying ads like on the fire stick tv. I’m very please with my purchase

The Apple TV 4K has been awesome for our family. Incorporating all of the things we want for our kids, but allowing us to place appropriate guardrails where necessary. Plus, being in the Apple ecosystem, it’s the perfect complement to our other Apple devices.

After some research i decided to buy an Apple TV box because it’s one of the very few streaming boxes that you can disable home screen ads on. So far it has been excellent. I’ve enjoyed navigating through apps free of home screen distractions. It’s also faster than my old tvs built in smart features, so no lag.

It's a great device to have all your streaming applications in once place. I have always used Roku sticks but this was recommended to me with my new tv/audio package and I really like it so far.

First off I am coming from an AMAZON FIRESTICK which works pretty good but gets very laggy and needs unplugged and rebooted 2-3 times a week which gets annoying. The APPLE TV runs very smoothly and everything is pretty snappy in operation so overall it is better in that regard. We are an Apple household so all our devices sync up with it as well so the perks of being able to sync your Apple EarPods to listen to a movie and using your IPhones text pad to type in searches is nice. Although it doesn’t require constant rebooting like the FIRESTICK it has locked up twice in two months and needed rebooted to unfreeze it. ISSUES … When I turn on MATCH DYNAMIC RANGE it causes older movies or shows that have been remastered in HDR such as original STAR TREK series on PARAMOUNT to play in original SDR instead of HDR. It does the same to original STAR WARS movies. I have to turn MATCH DYNAMIC RANGE off for them to play in HDR and looks a lot better. The second biggest issue is that when I use my APPLE TV on my LG C3 OLED the picture is dimmer than when I use my FIRESTICK when playing the same movie. I switched both devices to my SAMSUNG S90C OLED and compared and again the picture is dimmer when using the Apple TV vs using the FIRESTICK when watching the same content and there is no way to turn up the brightness’s on either tv it just makes the movie much dimmer in appearance. I’m not sure if there is something wrong with my Apple TV I or not because it doesn’t make sense for it to do that. Yesterday my Apple Remote stopped controlling the television volume and stopped turning the television on / off with the Apple Remote but all I had to do was reset the Apple Remote to get it operating again. The way you do that is you hold down the TV symbol and negative volume button down at the same time for a few seconds until the light blinks on the Apple box. Once I reset the remote it has worked fine ever since. Overall I like the APPLE TV for it not needing constant reboots and staying smooth and quick to operate but I have yet to resolve the issues I’m having and for as expensive as it is compared to the FIRESTICK I shouldn’t be having any issues at all. I will probably keep it if I can figure out how to resolve the issues I’m having.

Our Roku started to disappoint like stopping in the middle of a movie. So, we bought Apple TV and are impressed. Easy to set up and use. The remote could be a little larger for aging hands.

If you’re looking to upgrade your TV experience look no further. I have a 2019 Sony Bravia and that is just slow. Bought the Apple TV and connected to the ARC HDMI port and it’s like a new TV. I don’t need the old remote and I can use my iPhone as a remote to type into the search fields. 5/5 will buy again.

The perfect streaming device. Had a Roku Ultimate that said there was poor signal strength and had terrible picture. Put in the Apple TV and instantly got perfect 4K picture and it said there was excellent signal strength. Much better WiFi chip.

The interface is vert responsive and the picture quality is fantastic. Comes with all the bells and whistles. Everything you need to watch all your favorite movies and shows

I am far more pleased with this than I anticipated I would be. The interface, the voice commands, the options. I love that all the recently watched shows or movies, regardless of what app I used, are at the top of the list when I start it. Makes it easy to pick back up where I left off on a series. Definitely a step up from my other streaming devices. I waited a long time to purchase because of the price but I'm glad I bought it now.

I’ve always wanted one. I picked up the last one that was in the store when I bought it easy to set up and I like the way you can go to your apps and I have to go through a long drawn out starter procedure. It goes right to it and you’re watching a movie.

Makes the tv quality even better. Easy to work and love it.

It truly is a different streaming experience. If you’re part of the Apple ecosystem, this is definitely great. A simplified menu system, a great processor which allows for quick app downloads and streaming. I opted for the model with the Ethernet port to help with my streaming quality. The price is a little high and a rarely see it on sale, but it’s probably the best streaming device on the market.

Compatible with my 4k netlfix account . Disney plus. Amazon prime video. All producing besutiful picturr on my OLES tv. It also has dolby vision and audio which is compatible . Ez to use and fastly responsive

Amazing for streaming. Had to leave Roku cause it wasn’t powerful enough to stream 4k Plex. This does everything at a breeze. The wired ethernet is so worth it. Only gripe is the remote is trash. When it works its nice and sleek. Very snappy. But sometimes it just stops working for no reason. Battery at 99% and just bugs out. Have to power off and then back on and it works.
