I was debating the Apple TV 4k vs the Roku Ultra, ultimately I think the apple tv is just a bit more refined, faster, and works seamlessly with my iphone. 100% would recommend it. I've had other roku products in the past, and an apple tv years ago, and the apple tv has come a long way since 2013!

If you use Apple products, the Apple TV fits right into your ecosystem. Easy to navigate and control with an iPhone.

Apple TV simplifies streaming and eliminates the need to use the clunky, smart TV software that exists. The interface is intuitive, smooth, and snappy. And 4K capabilities just makes it more of an enjoyable experience. Will look at purchasing another unit in the future. I recommend to anyone that wants to have a better streaming experience. 

Bought this device to replace an older one that stopped working. Excellent device. New remote is superb.

This replaced a 10 year old apple system so it was a great improvement. It was easy to install and works seamlessly with my system.

It’s fast and tv picture is great. I installed a streaming service I use and it loads the stream faster than the cable box tunes in channels. Considering the size of the remote, it has weight to it and feels solid. I have large hands so the remote feels a little small in my hand.

Very easy to use compared to smart tv OS. I have an LG C9 and this seems so much faster with Siri letting you skip between streaming services effortlessly. You do t need the remove other than volume control even then you can still have Siri raise and lower the volume.

Great speed and efficiency. So worth the buy even though I already had a smart tv. I was sick of my LG smart tv always crashing with the apps... this one never fails.

This is by far the best streaming device we have used. The price was higher than the others but worth every penny

Absolutely amazing. No issues at all. Fluid movement, no lagging. I have bought one for every bedroom in my home. Gorgeous interface and seamless connectivity with phone.

The latest generation of this unit. It’s absolutely wonderful. Faster, double the memory of the previous generation. It just works. We use this versus the interface of our smart TV. After trying all the other units like this, we definitely like this one the best!

I use this as my home hub and I love the interface and the ease of use for the menu for actually watching tv.

I’ve had a handful of Apple TV models over the years, and have always enjoyed the overall speed and reliability vs various smart TV interfaces. I like the built in Ethernet and Thread radio for HomeKit stability, and it absolutely made a noticeable difference/improvement in my home’s IoT performance. Bonus pro: Snoopy screensaver ☺️

I bought this to go along side of my Roku Ultra so I could use two separate Amazon accounts side-by-side. Frankly, the Apple TV 4K runs circles around the Roku. Sound superior and I like the audio features better (I've got a Samsung S95C Oled TV & Samsung Q990D soundbar with rears. Samsungs Quizen operating system is terrible so a streaming device is required. A new Apple TV 4K is SUPPOSED to be coming out .... so we're told. ;)
