Just what I was looking for. This device streams better quality that the native streaming of my smart TV. Super easy to use, but that’s to be expected with an Apple device. This device is so good that my son “borrowed” it, guess I’ll own another one shortly.

Much better in all respects than Roku & Fire tv sticks.

When I am at other people’s homes. Watching them waist so much time just trying to find what they want to watch, is so frustrating. Also the new remote is an improvement over the first generation.

Must have!! My favortie feature ironically is the facetime being on my tv. Other than that, it is ana amzing investment. Has no cons in my book. I can also almost never really 'lose' my remote sinc eit connects to my phone and it can sense if im far or near it and tells me where it is! (My phone can also be a remote)

It’s a no brainer that if we get a new TV in the house, we just put an AppleTV on it. The continuity of use with our iPhones and other Apple products is incredible. It streamlines the use of TVs in the house instead of having multiple interfaces and GUI to learn. I actually have not found a TV yet that I like the user interface on the built in smart features. I love the HomeKit integration, if only Apple could fix bugs with cameras and notifications that I currently have going on in my house. Overall, an amazing product. A little on the steep side as far as pricing, but still worth it.

Super fast Apple TV! Apps open quickly, streaming is smooth, and the remote feels really responsive. Great upgrade—definitely worth it.

This is the absolute best way to watch TV no matter what streaming services you use Apple TV makes it easy to find and carry everything in one place there’s so many apps you can download and it’s the highest powered TV set top box that I know of besides the Nvidia shield since it uses the same processor as the iPhones You you’ll never have to worry about waiting for an app to load or for an input from the remote to be received by the TV everything’s fluid and seamless

Love this streamer! Coming from an Android-only environment, this box smokes the competition. It is fast and can handle many apps (128GB, Ethernet version). I have a Sony OLED TV with Google TV built-in. This is so much faster. Not having an iPhone, I do not take advantage of the many associated feature. But who cares when the main difference is the speed and ease-of-use navigating through apps/streaming services. The only gotcha is the remote. It is very sensitive, especially the side button and scroll-wheel. It takes some getting-used to.

Bought Apple TV 4K (3rd generation). Had issues with the Bluetooth. Remote kept disconnecting/reconnecting. Apple Watch would connect and then disconnect in the middle of a Fitness workout. Took it to Apple for repair. They gave me a new replacement. So far the new one is doing good. Picture and ease of use is great.

My AppleTV was not that old (most recent model). I hesitated upgrading. The Atmos support was appealing. I was not sure the 4K would be noticeable. So glad I did buy this 4K Apple TV. My overly expensive Samsung Sound Bar now has Atmos content that works! Atmos dialog seems clear to me and the sound effects are better. What I did not expect was the picture actually looks very noticeably better. My expensive TV finally shines. The AppleTV set up was easy. It talked with my iPhone and set up the network settings and Apple account info automatically. It also reproduced all my apps that were on my old Apple TV. What it still does not do is set up the accounts on these other apps, so I have to put in all my account names and passwords. I wish they could make this seamless, but these streamers still resist making life easy. BestBuy delivered next day with their Roadie service for free. It was easy to track and super fast. Let's face it, Amazon 2-day delivery for me has become a crap shoot - totally destroyed the concept of dependable delivery I can plan to be home to receive. BestBuy has leapfrogged on delivery. Add to this the credits I get for buying on BestBuy and you can't get Apple products cheaper anywhere. They are a better deal that others.

This makes two of this unit I own they work great remotes wonderful it’s fast loading apps and going between different things very easy to use all your Apple TVs will put the same apps in the same order to make locating what you wanna watch even easier so they all look the same on each one unit is wonderful and works great

Setup is very easy. New remote is easier to use than original Apple TV remote. Adding apps went very smooth. Interface is much better than TV interface,

For the price, the 128GB model is the way to go and a lot less expensive compared to last years top of the line model with more features. The new A15 bionic chip is currently overkill for this device but if Apple is serious about Apple Arcade it will be worth it in the long run. Also it has rhe abilty to be a central hub for threading which you can monitor/control your other smart devices that use threading to communicate instead of just wifi (more secure direct faster connection). These are just the main reasons to get the 128GB model, buy the new apple tv 4k in general for usb c remote alone and how intuitively designed it is. My only gripe with the whole new setup (did i mention smaller fanless design that makes this even more portable and you can reuse your previous power cable from the last edition of the ATV) is the remote does not show a charging light when plugged into the wall, so only way to know its fully charged is on the apple tv itself. Go buy yours today, its for once worth the price of admission.

A great addition to my LG C5 setup. Apps are snappy and the remote is quality.
