I was using Roku but I couldn’t get certain apps so I picked up the Apple TV and now I can watch everything I want on what seems to be a better picture

Prior to this, was using Fire sticks and Fire TV's. While much less expensive, I was constantly plagued with buffering, slow menus, random app crashes, weird app updates, out-of-sync audio, etc. (FYI - I do not hack or jailbreak - I leave them as close to factory as possible) I had to constantly empty caches, re-install apps, re-start my fire TV, reset to factory and re-login - it was a whole workflow around streaming. Got fed up and bit the bullet with the Apple TV, and OMG, the experience is smooth & seamless... No freezing or jittering, just simple streaming. Also integrates with all of my other apple stuff. Would highly recommend for someone who is looking for a streaming experience that is almost as seamless as broadcast tv or cable. Gonna ditch my other fire TV stick and buy another Apple TV for the family room. I am sold.

The Apple TV is working well with our security cameras. I only wish the ADT app was compatible with the Apple TV. It won't play live video feeds.

Absolutely love it. Would highly recommend to anyone. Used Google Chromecast for many years and finally switched to Apple TV. It's cleaner, loads faster, and i've never had any issues with it.

Excellent best streaming device ever ,buy it you wont regret

The best iteration of the Apple TV and worth the extra money for the thread support and Ethernet port. It’s unfortunate the Apple TV just didn’t make the only difference the memory as it would have been more competitive if cheaper with same features. My only complaint is there are some tvOS features that seem to be less refined than others. In particular, the photos app is lacking. But for watching videos and streaming music it lacks very little. I’ve yet to see a good competitor and yes it is more money but when spending a lot of time watching movies or TV’s it seems like a small investment. If you’ve ever gone and seen a movie in the theater a few times that money evaporates whereas the money spent for the Apple TV will last a long time. If unsure, check out any YouTube reviews from respectable sources and then decide.

Added a 4th Apple TV . They are great units and Apple supports them very well.

It was easy to install and set up with your apple account. Works well and pretty good graphics

Great product. Pairs perfectly with my other Apple devices. Really pleased this newer version has a mute button on the remote. Easy to use.

I’m “Over-the-Moon” with excitement after this purchase. My 1st generation Version was very glitchy and difficult to operate. The new interface and remote have improved tremendously. Being able to use Siri to play music or shows is a game changer.

My tv is about 8 years old and was lagging a lot. I hooked up the Apple TV on it and it works amazing. No more waiting for things to load.

Apple TV's are the best for all around streaming on any TV. We have multiple and wouldn't have it any other way.

There's nothing like an Apple Product. This Apple setup makes it so much easier especially for someone like myself to use, setup your movie purchases from the Apple store where all bought stay in one place, easier to purchase movie channels add with the larger written style see everything larger, organized, and everything else is mostly user friendly

Love it! For someone who lives in the Apple world, this is the perfect TV streaming box. It is a streaming box and way more. All of my Apple items load right to it. Photos, Music, games, Movie library and more. It runs flawlessly and the games are top notch.

This generation is a significant upgrade. The picture quality is much better than 2nd generation. Easy to install. Price point is attractive.

Switched from a Roku to Apple TV. Never looking back. So much faster, and easier to use. A little more costly, but well worth it. If you’re on the fence about it, do it. With Rokus latest change to ToS , do it now.

Albeit pricey, this is the best streamer on the market, especially if you are in the Apple ecosystem. I like that I can watch all of my iTunes purchases directly from this unit. Overall, this is a do-it-all piece of equipment for everything streaming and Apple.

If you use other Apple products and haven’t bought into any particular streaming ecosystem, the AppleTV is perfect for you. Easy to set up and use and can also control from your iPhone. The new 4K remote with Siri works very well

We have two older Sony 4k TV’s that still work perfectly fine but the apps and OS are dragging a bit. (Xbr930d and xbr900e models). Picture is still gorgeous. I looked into the Apple TV because of the eco system and the ability to connect to my iTunes library on my PC from my Apple TV. TV OS is great and zipped around apps and therefore extended the life of our living room TV. Now we bought a second box to extend the life of the bedroom TV. We love these little boxes
