This is the third generation of this model of Apple TV. Going from 720-1080-4K has brought an increase in resolution but not much seperation besides that. If you have movies in iTunes, or other money invested in the Apple ecosystem it’s good. Otherwise there are other alternatives.

Apple makes a good product that solves a variety of problems and gives ample solutions. Connects with my other apple products very well.

Nice upgrade from the older Apple TV it replaced. I wasn’t able to download new apps with my prior model, mainly Disney+, but I can with this one and it was very easy. The remote takes some getting used to and it’s very sensitive but I do like that I can use the voice control to get to apps and shows much easier.

This is hands down the best streaming hardware I had. I have a 4K TV and it looks so crystal clear with the Apple TV. Not only you can watch your shows and movies online but you can control your HomeKit devices as well! If you lost your remote or not around you no problem! You can use your remote from the IOS control panel!

The Apple TV 4K 32GB has proven to be the best way to get the apps we like: news, music and movies. We wish the remote was a bit easier to use: the thumb pad takes time to get used to. But, with the Logic Tech Harmony universal remote, we don't need to use the Apple TV remote.

Already had the HD version of the Apple TV, but needed a 4K version for my downstairs TV. Easy to setup and easy to use. If you have more Apple devices, they're easy to redirect to the Apple TV to share. If I have any issues, it's with the apps themselves (HBO, VLC, etc.), but the Apple TV itself is stable and simple.

I've tried a number of video streamers, but this is the best for my needs. It integrates with my other apple products seamlessly, so I can stream music or videos, enter passwords for Hulu, Netflix, and other apps that are saved on my phone/iPad, and it can be controlled with Siri, so I can ask the apple tv to turn on the Hue lights and bang - they're on. My tv remote somehow controlled the apple tv with no setup on my part, so I don't always need to use the apple tv remote. Beside that, I wish I could use Siri voice commands with Spotify on my apple tv. It has a Spotify app, but I can't say "Play me some jazz" or something like that. Someday, maybe. Oh, and the audio quality is fantastic. For me, I turned down the frame-rate to 30FPS because the machine would get laggy at 60FPS. We have a slow internet connection, but even moving around the cursor on the home screen would be laggy. I don't notice when I watch tv though, so the lower framerate doesn't bug me.

I really like it great buy. I recommend it easy to use clear picture. This is my second one needed to download Disney+ my old one had built in apps.

I purchased an open-box Apple TV 4K with a 32GB storage. When I purchased the product in store, the label said it was in excellent condition and was not missing any items that I would need for the Apple TV 4K to work. When I opened the package, the label was true to it's word. The product is not scratched or smudged, the remote works excellent, and I found everything I need for my new Apple TV and I was able to install with ease. I also asked Best Buy if I was able to purchase Apple Care for the Apple TV 4K since it was Open Boxed (I wasn't sure if I could or not) but I was able to! I usually get Apple Care for all of my products just in case. But it was definately nice that I was able to purchase Apple Care since the Apple TV is an open box product and in EXCELLENT condition! It was pretty much a Brand New product! I'm giving 5 stars for the service of Best Buy and being able to get all of the answers I needed to know about Apple TV as well as the condition of the product since it is an Open Box. It's better to buy Apple Products at Best Buy than at Apple to save a few extra bucks!

Very nice unit to quickly find and view my pics and videos. Had a second generation Apple TV but gotta admit they have come a long way !!

32GB is plenty unless you’re trying to download a ton of applications. If you’re just watching shows or movies then I would recommend the 32GB, if you want to play games on your device you will want the 64GB. This product is pricey compared to its competitors but if you’re committed to Apple products then I would highly recommend.

I love this Apple TV. Easy to set-up. Great 4k picture with HDR.

We bought this for our home gym now that Apple Fitness+ is out. I would've rather waited for a new model, but did not want to wait to start working off my COVID 19 pounds. Setup was easy as usual and love how it can control my TV's volume and power, making our setup very clean.

Love our AppleTV! This is our second one and it works as good as the first. Having all of our streaming in one place is so great! Easy to set up and install. Plus with all the apps and accounts you can add, it is the one place to go for all of your entertainment needs.

This is the highest quality streaming device on the market. The universal remote is a bonus. Turns up the surround sound and everything!

Product definitely has some great attributes with new updates to this version. Remote is ultra sensitive with the simplest of movements.

Loved the previous Apple TV and didn't know what we didn't like about it until we got this new version. So much better! My only complaint is the remote. It is too small and with the upper portion being touch I always hit it and pause or cause some other action when I reach for it. Definitely not a reason to pass on this great product.

Loving our new 32 Gig Apple TV 4K UHD HDR box. We use it to watch live TV, record movies, or TV shows for later viewing. Easy to setup with a Television, and audio device for one button control with the Apple TV remote. In the box you get the Apple TV box, a remote control, a USB charging cable for the remote, and a 120V power cord.

This is our 5th Apple TV. We've had one from each generation going back to the first gen, and have two 4th generation Apple TVs in our home to go with this new 4K HDR version. This is a very smart device, don't let the simple design fool you, it is very complex and sophisticated under the hood. Make sure your TV actually supports HDR, many 4K TVs do not. There are three total, and two main, flavors of HDR; Dolby Vision and HDR-10 being the two most common. This device supports both. However you need a strong internet connection and the latest HDMI cables in order for HDR to work. HDR actually requires more bandwidth than the 4K part of the image. Your old HDMI cables probably will not work. I purchased new Rockfish HDMI cables at Best Buy rated for 18Gbps and they work well. The only hitch I've had with this Apple TV is the ability to use it as a HomeKit hub. That has not worked so far. Not sure why. Otherwise love the 4K image quality coming from OTT providers like Netflix. Also the new TVOS makes the TV App very useful-the promise of this App introduced a year or so ago is finally coming to life. If you have a 4K HDR TV go for it-if not the 4th gens AppleTV is just fine.
