I purshased this mainly due to my girlfriend wanting it and both of us haviyiphone and no way to stream to tv but we discovered more to this and it’s so amazing we love it would be buying more and highly recommend this and if your grandma has a tv service provider even better

I bought this new Apple TV to add an extra one in my home and to replace an older version. I am very impressed with the improved resolution and video quality. It was well worth the upgrade. I continue to enjoy the seamless integrations between my Apple products.

Despite having an Xbox One X and PS4 Pro (as well as the built-in apps on my TV), I wanted a 4K streaming device as my main TV/movie viewing platform. While much more expensive than the Firestick or Roku, I made the plunge. After a month of owning the 4K Apple TV, I must say I am a huge fan. Pros: -High number of apps (from basics like Netflix and Hulu to kids favorites like Disney and PBS to cable channels like Bravo and Comedy Central) -Dolby Vision support -Dolby Atmos support -Easy to navigate menus -Robust settings options -Synergy with other Apple products Cons: -Limited 4K movie selection (for anyone using Movies Anywhere it becomes a big issue if you purchased 4K movies on other services) -While its highly integrated with other Apple products and iTunes, it can be an issue at times. -No on/off switch means that sometimes it continues to play even after the TV is off.

I’m not usually an Apple fan but I picked up a couple Older apple TVs a few months ago and kind we liked it so much we picked up a new one. It works great for all that we stream. I love being able to type searches and stuff on my phone instead of using the remote.

Love this product so much. The only thing that I don't love is that I do have to turn the volume up higher than just using the TV, but the amount of apps and quality of picture more than compensate for that.

I love the new remote with speech search. It makes it even easier to find what I'm looking for.

By far the best streaming device that I've ever used. I vastly prefer it over the Xbox One that I was using. This is definitely a no brainer for anyone that needs a streaming device and also wants to stay within the Apple environment.

Already had one for living room bought this one for my son for his bday. Great devices. Dolby Vision/Atmos support and can control easily for Apple Devices. Touchpad on remote is a little annoying at times but nbd.

Cutting the cord, this is great if you have other Apple products. If not, another streaming device should work just as fine. I do believe it's worth the extra money if you have an iPhone. I rather type with my phone than the remote.

I have it for few days now and I love. I hook up the Apple TV 4K to my Sony 900F and watch my cable channels and Netflix specially Netflix picture quality looks so great it makes you feel like it’s right there in your living room.

There aren't a lot of ways to get Dolby Vision these days, but this is one! It works nicely with my TV and provides crystal clear 4K Dolby Vision titles from Netflix. Apple also has been upgrading my large catalog of digitally owned movies to 4K - for free through this. Sweet!

I upgraded from a an Apple TV 3rd generation and the differences were not THAT big when comparing 4K content to HD. I don’t know if I would recommend upgrading like I did. But it works flawlessly and provides excellent video quality especially on Netflix and hulu

Love it. Definitely needed an updated streaming device. Had our original Apple TV for far too long. The ease of use and convenient features on this is great. Love that I can use my AirPods with no additional set up.

Finally got rid of cable as the prices continue to rise. Streaming everything I need from the Apple TV apps and use of mirroring from phone/ iPad/ MacBook is seemless. Not sure why I waited so long to make the switch. Super happy with the product.

This product was delivered and the Apple TV itself is in good condition...looks brand new per your website listing. The package DID NOT INCLUDE a remote control or a power cord. Why is that? The photo on your website shows a remote control and the item description says the product, "Includes all original parts/accessories." Where are the remote control and power cord? It's mostly worthless without those items and the listing said they'd be included. There's risk in buying a reconditioned product but I trusted Best Buy. I never thought those important accessories would be left out when your listing told me that they would be included. You left them out and that's all under your control! Otherwise it's a great Apple product...that requires those accessories to work.

While it's easy to look at other smart TV devices and want to go with them because they're cheaper, I can't recommend strongly enough that you invest in an AppleTV. I use it for TV, netflix, youtube, and showing pictures to friends and family. It's amazing!

This purchase was a replacement for our 3rd gen Apple TV. While we don't have a 4K TV, the device is everything I expected and easy to setup. Figuring out the remote was our greatest challenge in the beginning, but not a problem now.

Great device.very easy set up.faster processing than my TVs smart app.only negatives are some streaming limitations with xfinity but that is true with essentially all as more an xfinity issue.Another great apple products

now that they are doing picture in picture this is even great... the ability to switch between your apps and having no load times makes this great. yes you can get a fire for 30-50, but the speed and efficiency is worth it.
