Processor is faster and streaming buffers less. The remote has a raised edge around the menu button; which helps separate the buttons a bit.

This new apple tv is so easy to set up!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We have an older apple tv that we have enjoyed for years but this new one is so much better! If you have an iphone or ipad, you can set it up automatically using one of those devices, PLUS the remote automatically learns how to turn on and off your tv & volume (the old apple tv didn't have that feature)! You also can get the remote app for your iphone or ipad and use that to control the apple tv. Our TV we are using it with is an OLD flat screen with no "smart" features or internet. The apple TV turns it into a "smart" TV and gives it new life! Note a learning curve on the remote that uses touch that is similar to that of a touchpad on a laptop-- but not too difficult to overcome.
