My 4th unit,..!

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is my 4th Apple TV, had put one in every bedroom, my cable provider is Spectrum, and this is perfect if you do not want to pay an extra rental for Spectrum's cable box, Just install the Spectrum App, and you are good to go,..! Speed in streaming is Amazing, the interface is always responsive, its an APPLE, what do you expect,..! Great product,..!

The unit turns itself on and then my Samsung tv will turn itself off every 15 minutes. Evidently based on google searches the Apple TV detects devices and turns on; which is fine except then the tv starts turning off. No luck in finding solutions to that but if you unplug the Apple TV when not using then there is no problem with the Samsung tv. On line Samsung support did not know how to solve. The older gen Apple TV did not cause this problem.

It curates content across all apps and provides a better, less laggy experience. Spectrum app also performs much better. I also purchased 64GB version but since I don't use lots of games and apps the extra cost probably wasn't worth it.
