Recently replaced our original AppleTV with this newest version from Apple. There are more features and some games/apps you can download. The remote is different with the slide-pad to navigate screens which makes it much easier to use and it is larger/thicker so it is a bit harder to lose in the couch. The iTunes Store is easy to navigate to rent/buy movies. Function/Features is 5 stars. Bumped down one start due to the cost. If you want to stream to your TV then there are less expensive or free options if you have a SmartTV.

A little more difficult to rewind or fast forward than the older remote, but the new interface Is an improvement.

I love the interface and quality of this device. I would have given it 5 stars if it supported Dolby Atmos.

It’s great using this to run AppleMusic through my sound system, plus it’s very easy to buy/rent music through Apple. Most of the apps are user friendly (although that’s more on the app developers). 4K compatible. Really worth it if you have an Apple ID and subscribe to their services.

When I first heard about and looked at Apple TV, I thought this would be just a lame fad. But know, even though I still have a cable box (just because it saves me on the internet cost), we literally never watch cable. Its Apple Tv or nothing else!

I bought this since I wanted an updated Apple TV. I like it but not a fan of the remote. Personally I like the old one better.

The 4K apple tv is cool, but doesn't do that much more than the old apple tv I had. Note that it is not compatible with Spectrum, so I returned it.

Actually, the primary reason I purchased this Apple - Apple TV 4K 32GB was to use my iPhone as a Document Camera and project it onto my TV. Buying this Apple TV was less than an average document camera PLUS I can use it for tv and movies! Such a great value and meets my needs plus some!

This works great and gives you access to so many channels, Appke, Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and many other premium channels (but you still need to subscribe separately to those services). It works with all modern TVs and is portable so you can move it to TVs in other rooms or even outside.

My 4K tv is a smart tv, so I mainly bought this for my iTunes movies in 4K. It’s easy to navigate once you use your phone as the remote.

I’ve been using my old Apple TV for years now, and I finally upgrade to the 4K unit. Wow, man. The UI, the remote, the connection - all so much improved! Also, Apple TV+ in Nov! Get it on sale if you can. Apple products are way overpriced but you can’t deny their user experience.

Remote is sensitive. You need to have hdmi connection to use this Apple TV. We have an older stereo and it’s not compatible

I’ve used Amazon fire sticks, built in smart platforms on TVs, ChromeCast, and Roku, and this has had the most consistent experience. Apps are responsive and stable. There’s a good variety of apps, the remote tells you when it’s low on power, it just works well.

I feel like I was forced to get this streaming device so I could watch my iTunes movies on my TV. It works well and the picture is great.

We love it. I got it mainly for use of Fitness+ There is rumored to be a new model coming out so at this point I would wait for that. Just decided it was a worthy investment if I use it for my health and I definitely have found it helpful.

For the price, I was expecting awesome and got meh. The GUI is kind of klunky. Using the remote is an exercise in frustration. The touchpad is WAY too sensitive. I usually end up throwing the remote across the room and using the apple tv remote app on my iphone. That works fine. I'm still waiting for the app to become available for my local TV provider. I'll probably wait another couple of weeks and then replace this with an android box.

This has been the best streaming device I have used. Ive tried chromecast, roku, and the like and this has been the most convenient and efficient platform I’ve owned. I will say it is expensive but if you are in the Apple ecosystem this is an wonderful streaming device.

It may be that my TV is a 7 year old Samsung and I have a Sonos wireless speaker home theater , Other than that the Apple TV is great

I love my Apple TV. It connects with my phone and I love the remote app for my phone when I can't find the remote right away, or I am too lazy to get up and get it! :) I have only had to charge the remote twice since I have purchased this product.
