Great item, but mine is buggy

First time I set it up every now and then the picture would blackout for three seconds and come back on right in the middle of watching the movie. The only way I got it to go away was to completely factory reset, and set it up all over again. That worked for a day or two, and then the sound would blank out for two or three seconds and then come right back on again. I will have to contact the geek squad and find out what I can do.

100 times better than any smart tv OS

And it works flawlessly with all apple products like airpods. 10/10 definitely recommend.
