Not easy to use

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this Apple TV because I was having issues streaming from my Wi-Fi, I was told by the gentleman at Best Buy that this would be a great solution to my problem and it was super easy to use. That is definitely not the case I have tried several times to down load the app and it will not work had to call geek squad and make an appointment for them to come to my house and try to figure out what the problem is! Needles to say I have missed several things that I wanted to watch using this device!

Love my Apple TV box

Now I've got a great 4k picture and wonderful music flowing from front and rear speakers. A bit pricey but worth it in my opinion.
