Excellent to Apple TV if you have an older TV/

The Apple TV $K 3rd generation makes our TV accessible to many other programs and networks. We especially appreciate having access to CBC (Canada). The only reason I gave a 4 rather than a 5 rating is that a charger is not included for the remote.

VERY slow navigation.. SAVE your $$. Horrific customer service from BestBuy.. Salesmen can’t be bothered to return a phone call. Beware!!

New is not always better.

This remote sucks. It constantly gets "stuck" when I try to fast forward or replay something on the timeline (in any app). In addition, the new Apple TV update is also a pain. My "up next" keeps dissapear and changing to the "what's new", the only way to bring it back is to remove myself as a user and then add myself back again.
