Distorting

Called apple tech said check wires & delete & reinstall the app. Did that and still nothing. We bought the apple care warranty & Best Buy said to return it to them but when tried they wouldn't so had to drive further to return to Apple Store. Hopefully they can help us better than Best Buy

Big Improvement
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the Apple TV 4th generation yesterday at a local store. Set up was easy and intuitive as expected. So far, this appears to be a big improvement over the 3rd generation device. The Good: Apps easy to install and customize. Unlike the previous version, the user can load only the apps they want/need. This is a huge improvement. The remote is also intuitive and a step up from the previous version thanks to a built in touch pad. I also like the fact that the remote is rechargeable. Siri seems to work well. The Not so Good: While setup is intuitive, it does take some time. User name and password for each of the apps is not linked to the Apple Key Chain so they have to be manually input for each app. It is easy to do but it takes time. I'm not sure why Apple doesn't link to the Key Chain. The app store is new so it gets a pass but it would be nice to see more apps including Amazon. Overall, it seems to be a great step forward.
