The concept of adding apps and voice recognition is great except the apps are very limited. Overpriced like all apple products.

Very good quality item, Roku is more user friendly. This doesn't work with Amazon unless you use iPad or iPhone to Airstream.

Apple should have put wifi in the same device so it would live to its price.

Not what I expected from an Apple product. Far from ipad and galactic far from iphone products capabilities and features.

Very disappointed with my new Apple tv. Severely out of date when I set it up. Continue to have downloading and playback issues. When I go to another tv in the house and use my old Apple tv no problems that verified that this device is defective.

For me it just didn’t do much more than what I was already able to do on my 3 yr old blue ray player.

I like the previous Apple TV because I did not have to download apps. I do not like charging the remote control.

For what it cost it dose not do 4k. Fire TV is way better and you can add your own SD Card 256G of memory.

Its nice but I still dont see why its better that other cheaper products with similar capabilities.

Apple makes a lot of stuff. I wasn't so sure about the TV. It has taken some effort to figure out how to use it, and it does not always connect properly. But when it does work it is great. It's one of those items that you really do not need but is really lovely to connect to your library(s). I do not buy movies so I'm not able to address that aspect.

Works great, excellent audio and video. Good app. The best thing i can control my house with it.

This is good for apple HomeKit, but as far as tv applications fire sticks and Roku's are better

Harder to navigate than previous Apple t.v. Maybe the more I use it, the easier it will become.

It kicks over to other input sources at random and the new Apple TV remote is difficult to use.

Not much of an upgrade going from an AppleTV3... not worth upgrading to those on the fence, IMO. I'd suggesting waiting until they offer 4K support or something better then 5.1 surround otherwise your only paying for the ability to download simple games. Poor user interface, could be SOOOO much better. It's a disappointment.

A little more user friendly than the old one. Good addition to a TV without a smart TV.

The apple TV works are expected. It is a good device to purchase if you own Apple gear.

Great product with cool features until it died on us roughly 2 weeks after purchase. Have had original Apple TV since it came out with zero issues. Have read horror stories about this new version since it died. Decided to return it and buy another original Apple TV.

I really like the device itself, however you have to have cable in order to use most of the channels so what's the point. It doesn't give me access to PBS, or other channels without acquiring an account which I can do without the apple tv streaming device.

Everything works great with this product except the authorization with your cable TV company. The APPLE TV makes you authenticate each TV channel SEPARATELY, entering separate codes, passwords, etc over and over and over again. Who has this kind of time???
