I loved my older Apple TV model but it was very slow. The newer model runs much faster and obviously has a lot more features and updates. I'm glad I bought it.

I've always liked my AppleTv but this upgrade is a game changer. Love how Siri can find things now and you can be so much more interactive and in control

Totally new display and setup with this AppleTV. Dictation makes it super easy to use when filling out queries. It's worth the price to upgrade.

Plex client works great without transcoding for most of my collection. Siri is a nice touch as well.

Whether it's internet content you want or just what you own in iTunes, the newest Apple TV is the smoothest streamer of it all.

tvOS is a good OS and provides a quality experience like most Apple products. I have a few gripes with it however. * The remote is too small. I am constantly losing it in my couch and my hands are big so it is difficult to use at times. * The remote needs to have back-lighting on its buttons! It is very difficult to see the orientation when the room is darkened. * The instructions are not clear. For example, the Menu button returns you to the previous screen. That doesn't make sense - not logical. * Difficult to remember the options it offers. For example, minus 10 seconds, fast-forward 10 seconds, etc. Otherwise I am enjoying my Apple TV 4th-gen 64GB.

I have an AppleTV from 2008 that I have loved; I upgraded for a bunch of reasons, and chose to get this instead of a Roku for the Apple product integration and the OS upgrades Apple has been instituting. However, this new fancy remote control is extremely frustrating to use. It can be very hard to control; most of the time I find it much easier to just use the TV remote instead (which somehow can do double-duty for most functions). Also, I find the horizontal scroll of the OS layout to be a less natural way of seeing things like long video queues -- why change it so that I can only see 4 things at once instead of 20?

Best decision I ever made. I absolutely love my AppleTV! User friendly and quick set up.

I tried numerous ways to watch NHL games through my home wireless network, on my 60" TV but everything I tried was unacceptable. I tried my chromecast, my laptop, a playstation 3 but none solved the picture quality issue: until I purchased Apple TV. I am amazed at the reception, rivaling what I got last year when I purchased Game Center Live through DirecTV. I highly recommend this product.

My last purchase of an Apple Tv box was with version 2. I skipped one version and heard that version 4 was really good, and will get better with the Fall 2016 software upgrade. It's true! I love my apple TV over the older models because it can do so much more. Like having apps. I just hope that Apple doesn't forget about the Apple TV. It's such AN OVERLOOKED GEM in the Apple Product Lineup!

This compares to having an Xbox one or PS3 or 4. You have access to a lot of features and can share stuff across Apple devices. Really great if you have kids. They have a lot of Disney apps adm can watch old Disney cartoons for free. Overall the device is good. Remote is small, slick but does the job. The remote reminds me of a wii remote because a lot of its features.

I bought this about three months ago. I have two of the old style which I love, no problems at all. I bought the 200 dollar model after reading all of the reviews. I installed it in my living room, it worked but I found out it was much too sensitive for visitors who might come over and want to use it. I moved it to my bedroom and night after night I would get the error message finally I moved it to a guest bedroom where it will seldom be used. I wish I had bought two of the older one's instead as they work flawlessly.

Does exactly what it should quickly and easily! We love it!
