It’s a pain to have to spend more money on Apple accessories needed but are not included with the Apple product, which is the MacBook Air in this case. But I needed it to use my SD card and get photos into my laptop.

This adapter is great, never had any issues with it.

I personally love Apple products. Of course, if you buy into their style, you'll never be able to by a third party tool for anything. That's the genius (or cruelty) of Apple themselves. But, there is no denying that their name brand stuff is the best to work with their systems. But that seems obvious at this point.

Excellent tool for for photographers to be able to quickly get pics from camera to phone.

Works as advertised. Unfortunately, the docking station + SD card reader I bought from Amazon couldn't read my SD cards, so I needed something quickly. Luckily, Best Buy offered this solution to pick up at my local store. Thanks!

This is really needed since there are no essential ports. I wish there was a multiple function device than buy separate ports.

Excellent card reader for the price. My wife and I own a photography company y and we use a Mack book pro and a Mack book Air to edit photos and this is a must if you want to hard transfer pictures from SD card to Mack book and use it in light room or photoshop.

This product is an great accessory for my devices. It's a beautiful thing to be able to connect my usb devices using this adapter.

Never buy 3rd party always this. Apples first party products offer the best experience

Great item to use. Very resourceful and effect. I was able to access my files from my memory card after recording on my video camera to upload to my laptop device.

Good to have when transferring pictures from the iPad.

I wish the Mac book air had a slot for the memory card, but since it doesn’t this is a necessity. I haven’t had any issues using it.

Perfect card reader to go with your Apple laptop. No problems here as always top quality if your willing to pay. Only takes one kind of card and I’m not sure if it’s USB 3.0 something that is a standard these days.

This item has made my life easier. it fits just right into my computer and the sd card reader did not give me any trouble.
