Great item! My wife has been on me for years to wear a smart watch so it could connect to my insulin pump and CGM since I use both for my diabetes care regimen. She finally bought for me for Christmas and it’s great to be able to see my sugar level and my insulin on board so quickly on my wrist. Also great for keeping track of my steps and my routes when going for walks! Should have done it a long time ago! But don’t tell her I said she was right!

I love my Apple Watch 11 42mm in black. Love how quickly it charges. It has all the features I enjoy and need for the activities I like to do. Swimming, hiking, indoor/outdoor walking, dance, etc. sleep tracking. I like the EKG and Oxygen features as well. Although, I do have one complaint about the oxygen feature, it used to show your reading in the screen and now it makes you have to go to the app to get it which I think is a nuisance. My watch is comfortable, perfect size screen and I have petite wrists, the band is comfortable too. I recommend purchasing a cover to protect. I bought the Misxi 2 pack waterproof covers in black and clear and it is a perfect fit and no fog in between so far compared to a previous cover for my old watch.

I was on vacation in Colorado and my old gen 3 watch died so I went on line and found this gen 10. Ordered it and was able to go pick it up the next day in the Ft. Collin’s store , the customer service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful i was in and out in a timely manner and back on my way . Thank you

Purchasing my Apple Watch Series 11 at Best Buy was quick and easy — the process was smooth and efficient. However, I would have appreciated an offer of assistance with setup or guidance on getting started. Overall, a good experience, just missing that extra bit of customer support.
