Awesome product for everyone especially for runners like me who don't want carry phone while running. I am looking something for to run to pick up the call and listen to music without a phone. This one is perfect for me as I don't need to carry a phone while running and also I can listen to music and take calls . From the workout side, it's pretty accurate. Its awesome, its fast and all the features are perfect.

The watch is light weight and the wristband works well, much better than the plastic one on the previous models. Also like the many health functions that are now available. If you are athletic it allows you to track your progress. Any health concerns you can send immediately to your doctor. Worth the upgrade and slight cost that comes with it!!

Very happy with my new watch! Came very fast and completely set up, ready to go. Best Buy makes these purchases way easier and better then buy directly from my service provider.

Delayed delivery 2 times, paid for activation but had to call and work with Att to activate watch

No complaints about the watch, but the customer service could have been much better. I first ordered this watch at Mechanicsburg, PA stores because it said the item would be available in an hour. After wasting an hour just to see an email that the order was delayed. I walked into the store to check and they said they couldn’t fix the error in their system and canceled my order. I tried to place order from another Best buy store in Harrisburg, PA. I received an email that my order is delayed again. I then made the mistake of my lifetime and reached out to the customer service, which is the worst possible service ever. Their response was ‘system error’ and they don’t know whats going on. After being passes from one rep to another when i asked them to pass it to their supervisor and being lied that someone will call me after an hour, i tried to call best buy local stores again and was able to reachout to their back office staff who finally helped. Finally the product was ready after 7 hours abd drove an hour to pickup my order. Amazing customer service again at Harrisburg stores. Reps are walking all over the place, not helping customers. Only one rep is billing and over 10 ppl in line. No rep ar pickup counter. After losing my patience, i went to front desk to check if they were open and finally someone helped pickup my order. PLEASE USE GEEK SQUAD to fix systems at Bestbuy before selling them to others.
