    Mixed... Had a pair of Airpod Pros and dog crunched them. Happened twice: One pair from WallyWorld and a pair from BB. Service plan at WM service plan was way easier to deal with than Apple, and cheaper. AppleCare did their part, but with a $29 fee, replacement came quick, and had to return broken parts. WM plan... Sent money directly, no fee, sent box to collect parts.

    A MUST if you have Airpods. They will fail!!! My suggestion is take them back to Best Buy when they do before your apple care runs out.
