    Got the apple care for my kids EarPods and it worked it. I had a puppy the chewed on if the ear pods and I took it to my local Best Buy and they replaced it and it was ready the next day. I had to pay a $30 dollar deductible. P

    I actually had to use it for a repair and the full cost was covered so I was very happy I bought it. Although they don't cover it if the device is lost which is a disappointment.
