I recently purchased my iPad and accidentally dropped it. It was several days later when I realized I have cracked the corner screen, I contact Best Buy and them I had AppleCare+ and wanted to bring my iPad in for repair. I was met with a Geek Tech that immediately started the process for replacing my iPad because I had AppleCare+. I had a replacement in 3 days without any problems. AppleCare+ is great to have and a worthy invested.

With technology, it’s important to have some warranty and support. AppleCare is A1 for support. Great investment.

It's known that Apple devices are overpriced (there's reasons for that) - so buying AppleCare to cover the device for another 2 years is usually a good idea. When something goes wrong, one can just visit any Apple Store or an authorized repair center (like Best Buy). It's also awesome that Best Buy now offers Apple Care - there's nothing cooler than getting an Apple device at a great price (not sure how; but, Best Buy always seems to offer Apple products at a lower price than Apple Stores), with AppleCare, and getting By Best Buy points for buying it through them.

Always a good buy to get insurance basically on my iPad Pro. I need it. I have kids around me a lot and I take it out with me, so I need the protection.

Need to have with kids around a. Apple is great and their warranty is perfect. Gave new iPad for cracked screen.

To know you have no worries for your latest technology purchase for 2yrs plus to have knowledgeable support for any apple app is worth the $99 cost

2-year protection for my iPad Air 2 is just what I wanted. Have used this protection for an older iPad mini that I previously had. Well worth the money.

I always buy the Apple care its a great way to protect your investment! No questions asked if you have an issue they just take it back and hand you a new one!

This is a great plan for the price, hope I never have to use it. I have owned 3 IPads never had any trouble but it good to be on the safe side.

Just what you expect. Comes in handy... Must have.... Great choice.... Not to expensive but really is worth getting... Highly recommend getting this!!! You can download apple support in Your apple ipad and chat with someone or schedule a time and date for someone to call you. Its helpful. Apple support is helpful and honest and patient but most of all Cherish and value thru customers satisfaction and are all professional for sure!!!

Any time I buy a cell phone, tablet or computer I purchase the protection. On many occasions this has paid off by getting a device replaced. Awesome

I just bought my 13 year old an iPad there at Best Buy about 2 months ago. Being that it is an expensive device I felt the need to purchase protection. It seemed affordable and honestly this is my first purchasing apple care. I've always purchased I insurance through geek squad. I really hope I don't have to use I and if one day I do I will let you know how that goes. For now I have peace of mind that it is protected.
