I had the iPhone 5S and when I needed to upgrade I had to choose between the iPhone 6 and the SE. The SE has all the guts of the 6 with the screen size of the 5S. I didn't have to buy any new cases or battery packs and saved on the purchase price with the smaller screen. I was already used to the 5S so the transition was nominal. Love the new camera and storage!

Love these wireless headphones so much that I stole them from my 11-year old son. I looked online and saw how expensive they were and decided that I should have them instead of him. Been using them everyday at work. Don't quite go as far as I would like them to but it is nice to not have my earbud wires wrapped around me. Also, the price is a little steep. Don't know if I would buy them but we received them as part of a bundle.

It's definitely worth the money... It's nice to have the peace of mind that if something happens, I can get a replacement without having to pay the full amount of the price of the phone

Apple has the best care plans and customer service. So much better than buying the phone insurance with the carrier. I wouldn't have an iphone without it!

IMO, this is the best warranty for anyone purchasing an Apple product. They have been very good at covering and replacing our products when necessary.

Can not go wrong with anything Apple. Got the plan for my son's phone. He will probably drop it at some point. Great insurance policy

The insurance was on sale for $99. It's all run by Apple now. It's good for two years and the piece of mind is nice.

Very happy to get a phone upgrade! I'm very happy with my new phone! Better camera and storage capacity!

Hopefully I don't need this but it sounds like a great deal if you are hard on your phones

I have not needed it, but it's comforting to know that I can get assistance with my phone should I need it.

I usually have insurance on my phones, and I'm never really sure when to cancel. The two year mark seems about right. I went with the apple care this time for price and convenience. This is the first time I've gone away from the monthly charge to purchasing a two year plan. It's definitely cheaper.

Would have liked to switch, because Apple products are so restrictive. Turns out replacing an iPhone with a different smart phone is not as easy as you might like. Most of the stuff on it can't be transferred and would need to be laboriously added to the new phone. So once Apple has taken you hostage, you may be stuck for a while.... Having said that, this may be the best of the bunch.

Great!i would not have selected this product without the help of the service gentleman. He told me the benefits of the various phones and helped me decide which one was best for me. He told me which products were in stock and helped set up the phone for me. He was very nice.

AppleCare is a must have. We are an Apple family with 4 iPhones, 2 iPads and 2 Mac Pro pcs. Each time there has been a problem, Apple and Best Buy stood behind the warranty and either repaired or replaced the item. No complaints!!!

Can't comment on claims handling but coverage is same if not better than Asurion plan offered through Verizon. Offered a discount if 2 year coverage contract was paid up front. Two year coverage total cost $99.

I have paid for apple care many times before and it has come in very handy having the extra year of warranty coverage and easy replacements if something goes wrong with your device. Good plan to have!

I haven't had to use this yet but am glad to have it in case something happens to the phone in the near future. With an iPhone you have to work w Apple anyway for repairs or issues.

Had Geek Squad Protection previously but Best Buy is now offering Apple Care+. Purchased the 2 year plan. Have not had to use it yet, but great price for plan with similar coverage.

I love that I can rely on this protection plan if anything goes wrong with my iPhone. I always add a protection plan on any product I buy a product here.
