Apple's protection plan helped me out a whole lot.

Was looking for this product as a gift. It was a replacement for one that broke. It does the job well for a person who listens to alot of music.

It's always a good idea to buy peace of mind. Things brake and kife happens.

We bought this for our 9 year old so he could load up his apps and games without constantly stealing our phones and draining our battery. He loves it and now he understands that under 10% battery is a terrifying thing. Also, he loves being able to text us and being able to use FaceTime.

Providing us with extra security for two years at a reasonable price! This extra protection is a no brainer for us knowing that it is covering our 10 year old nephew'a iPod! We haven't had to use yet but I've had AppleCare on other items in the past and they're awesome to work with. Great customer care!

I always buy Apple care for our Apple products. Very easy to make a claim and I love how the information is kept under your Best Buy account. I highly recommend. I can be cheaper than purchasing other insurance for your devices.

I love Apple Care because it saves me money. I never thought I would have to use it but the one time I needed it and did not have it, cost me a lot of money. Now I ensure to purchase it with every apple product.

I would recommend purchasing the extra warranty especially when purchasing the Ipod for children. My grandchildren have been very careful so far, but, they have only had them 2 months. I am pretty sure before the warranty is over it will be used.

A must have if you're buying anything apple for children. In my case 2 year old twins! Yes please!

I have used this product for my other mobile devices and laptop and it works as advertised. This product will save you future problems you might not even think you would encounter, especially when you accidentally get your phone wet on the beach!

Although I Love Apple products, there has been the occasional malfunction. It's usually a battery issue. Having this little bit of insurance directly from Apple adds some peace of mind.

Great product; however a bit pricey. With children you can’t take the chance.

My grandson is in love. His dad suggested iPod with the smallest memory. I'm so glad I went up. He takes lots of pictures, has a playlist, and plays games. Have I created a monster? I think not. His parents supervise him well.

Not as good as geek squad coverage but still absolutely vital, anything I buy from Best Buy I always pay for whatever extra coverage is available in case I were to accidentally have problems or drop the item..

I recommend getting a protection plan on all of your electronic devices.

AppleCare+ is great. When I need answer to something I just give them a call. Apple calls me back and walks me thru the problems I'm encountering.

This came highly recommended. Why spend more on a replacement in case of accident when you can spend a fraction of that?
