Must have

Owning Apple equipment with daily use if or when it becomes necessary to repair this product is seemingly easy to use. My experience is one phone call and problem solve period. No, long hold times, multiple hold times finding the next person to talk to. If they cannot fix over the phone Apple ships a new one.
