    I wanted to come here to compliment the 2 delivery people who brought and installed my new LG refrigerator. They were so professional! and neat! They moved my old refrigerator to the garage and made sure that it was exactly where I wanted it. They carried, using straps, this HUGE refrigerator up the stairs and into the space neatly, without damaging anything and made sure to use their protective masks while in my home. It made us feel like they really cared.

    This is a good product and has the nicest features of any refrigerator with the separate drawer option. We were purchasing this based on the reviews and recommendations from various repair companies that GE is the best brand to buy.  However, there were some quality control issues that should have never occurred. Specifically, it took three attempts to deliver us a refrigerator that did not squeal when the refrigerator drawer was opened and freezer drawer.  To make a long story short, 40 days after our initial purchase, we are so gar happy with the refrigerator that was finally delivered.

    The two gentlemen that delivered and installed my new stove (and moved the old one to my garage) were great! Very respectful of my home, professional and well versed in what we needed to do after they left. Good explanations oc the controls as well.

    My original appointment for delivery was August 3rd. While on vacation that was change to August 8th. We both took a day of vacation so it would be completely finished and we could return to work, but at 8 AM that morning I got a call telling me the delivery was cancelled and I had to reschedule it. After getting so mad I went to the store and spoke to the manager, Elisabeth Husband. She made things work out so that we took delivery on August the 12th. The three guys that showed up that afternoon were outstanding. Very professional, cared about the house and property, worked well together, and more. The old refrigerator was moved out, new one bought in and setup, and they were gone all in about 90 minutes. That manager and those three guys deserve a bonus or a raise. I'm going to leave my review here because the saga isn't over and got worse. Look for my other review when I can find the place to leave it.

    The first fridge delivered was broken from the get go and they are the ones that spotted it. Best Buy wasted no time in getting another of the exact same kind, moved it in and moved the old fridge in the garage. They were quick and professional.

    Had to pay $25 to relocate washer dryer from upstairs to garage. Requested a 4 man team deliver and install my washer dryer set. Only 2 people came out, however, they did an excellent job in moving the new washer/dryer in, being sure to not damage the walls or the floors. They had multiple flights of stairs to go up too! They relocated old washer/dryer, moved and installed new washer/dryer, all in less than one hour. One of the important things about buying a new appliance is making sure it's installed properly. I highly recommend the BB delivery people. If you see the same appliance at two different stores with the same price, go with Best Buy because their installation team is great.

    When they delivered and set up my washer, they did an awesome job. They moved my old washer into the garage for me as I was holding it for a friend. They were very careful and safe.

    ON the phone for over 2 hours to schedule delivery of washer and dryer. First call Jason hung up after waiting over 30 minutes then a second call waiting over 30 minutes with Justine hung up after asking for a supervisor. I told her you couldn’t relocate the appliances after the install. It doesn’t make sense. Why couldn’t you do it on the same day? Also, it should be noted that there was a delivery scheduled 2 weeks prior and the machines couldn’t install because no one at Best Buy told me that I needed a difference dryer outlet and that there was a charge for uninstalling the machines. I was very UPSET. I didn’t want a haul away because I wanted to keep the machines for my brother. Then, I called again waiting over 30 minutes, David was helpful to cancel the Friday appointment and reschedule the appointment relocation for Monday and install for Tuesday. Which again didn’t make sense to me??! If I didn’t take these dates then it would be a March delivery. I told David if it was a March delivery, I will cancel the order. Also, I needed confirmation that they were going to install the machines because I had to confirm and pay over $300 for an electrician to come out. Then I was very disappointed and UPSET because he said I would receive a $60 refund then he took it back and I would receive a small compensation??! I told him Costco includes the charges in their prices. Best buy wouldn’t price match. This took over 2 hours to resolve this situation. Then to add insult to injury the company that installs the machines called and told me that they can relocate and install the machines on the same day. STRESSED and UPSET. After all that, regardless of the phone call they sent a crew to relocate the machines instead of relocating and installing all in one day. Then, I called the delivery company to find out about the delivery. Then SURPRISE the company was only going to deliver the washer because the dryer was OUT OF STOCK???. They had the dryer a week ago and now they didn’t have it in stock? Again, I called Best Buy waiting for over 20 minutes to speak with Kay. She couldn’t figure out all the confusing records. She said the dryer was received at the warehouse. I was so upset, I started driving to Best Buy to get this situation resolved. Kay said to speak with the store manager. I spoke with Jacob who couldn’t guarantee anything and he passed me on to Sam. I, being disabled using a walker, go across the store to see if there is another washer and dryer to purchase. Of course, Sam and I sat at a computer versus seeing the actual machines. In the meantime, on the phone, Kay transferred me to Daniel for compensation of all the grief I have experienced in the last few weeks. Again, it’s has been over 2 hours trying to resolve this situation. Sam showed me the machines on the computer. Out of stress and exhaustion I agreed to a washer and dryer because I just wanted this resolved. She showed me 4 customer reviews which were all good which influenced my decision. David then said that he could provide a $120 gift card for all of my hours of grief and negative customer experience. I then researched on the internet the machines I selected and discovered that there were numerous negative reviews due to the machines being very loud…. it’s best you place them in the basement so you cannot hear them, etc. Since the machines would be next to my office then these machines would not work for me. Needless, to say the lack of trust, negative customer experience, stress, exhaustion was too much for me. I canceled the order and decided to take my business elsewhere. I heard on the news that Best Buy sales declined 12%. Based on this experience they lost my sale.
