Andres was very thorough. Gave me a drawing and all the measurements. Then let me know on the dishwasher the electrical and plumbing that would need to be done before could install new one. Even showing me part needed for plumbing so I could take picture of and show to plumber. So very much appreciated. Andres and his asst were both quick, efficient, clear instructions and very nice and polite.

I would have given a 5 star if it wasn’t for the spotty and messy glass after cooking. Any drop of water or oil that falls on the stove’s glass surface while cooking it is almost impossible to remove it and when you try to wipe it off, a bigger mess is crested, these spots are stubborn and don’t go away, I wonder if GE has some type of cleaner to fix this annoyance. In general the stove has great craftsmanship and has an attractive slim design, strong 3 speed downdraft fan and quick heating elements. Unless GE has a magical cleaner to easily get rid of these stubborn spots, I wouldn’t recommend it. I pull my hair for not reading the reviews before buying this unit, I am pretty sure some other buyers are experiencing the same problem. My wife is really frustrated about this inconvenience and as you can see, the more you ttry to remove the spots the messy it gets.

We purchased an LG refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher and are very pleased with both. The sales person, Amy, was friendly and helpful. The downside was the installation process. We had two third party contractors do the installation, and it took several visits before the dishwasher was installed properly, but in the end we are very happy with what we bought and the followup that Best Buy staff and the contractor provided.

I'm so glad the salesperson recommended the pre-measure service. When I measured my old oven from the outside it was 27" across. The salesman said it must be a 24" oven if it measured 27" from the outside because you're supposed to measure ovens from the inside. He also told me I had to order a single wall oven and single microwave since that was how my cabinet was configured already. So I purchased 2 separate 24" units and scheduled the pre-measure appointment. Well, when they came out to measure they told me it actually IS a 27" oven and I purchased the wrong size. He also said it would be EASIER and would look much nicer if we purchased the combo unit and had the cabinet modified, instead of purchasing 2 separate units. So that's exactly what I did and it looks great. Since I scheduled the pre-measure (at no cost), they refunded my original purchase of the 24" units and I purchased the 27" combo unit. If I had not scheduled the pre-measure they would not have refunded that purchase. ALWAYS do the pre-measure!

I love this refrigerator everyone loves it but it came with bruises and dent had a hard time with the delivery guys but overall I’m in love with it I think it makes my kitchen look great don’t second guess just get it

Just exactly what I needed. Hold all the beverages for guests and the freezer is the perfect size for extras like 2 large cheesecakes. With space left over.

We had our 24 in double oven installed by Victor & Jose, and they are the best! I was worried that the oven would not fit right as the old oven dimensions were not exactly the same, but it turned out perfectly! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient.

While the on line system says items need to be installed, all the appliances are finally delivered and installed. Since we needed installation by different people they were on time respectful did a awesome job installing the cooktop, fridge (twice first one damaged) dishwasher leveled and perfectly flush, Microwave and the temporary double oven. Good thing this is not about most of tyhe Customer care sipport.

This fridge is amazing. Heavy and high quality. It does what it’s supposed to. Installers were superior to those I have used in the past.

Love the oven! It was definitely a long road as the oven was bigger than the cabinet but it is finally installed. Installers came early and got it installed and tested it. Only problem was they did not install the bottom trim so there is a gap at the bottom of about two inches. I didn’t know the metal in the box was the trim and I guess they didn’t notice it since we were the ones that took it out of the box.

Appreciate them offering to reconfigure our cabinet to accommodate our double oven and warming drawer, but for $700 I would think they would have brought the proper tools and materials to do the job properly and professionally. Thank goodness we owned the tools to complete the job. Putting down a piece of rough cdx(chipboard) for bottom shelf is completely unacceptable! Not filling holes or gaps is also not acceptable. And to top off did not clean exterior of ovens off after removing tape and their handprints. Good thing we were capable of fixing the above items and installing a sheet of laminate over rough splinter ridden cdx board.

I purchased 3 Thermador refrigerators built in, I’m satisfied with products and delivery and Installation. The products looks clean and graceful and very detailed function. But the door of Thermidorian ( Freedom Collection) is heavy for me to open.

I bought a wall mounted oven from you with installation. Purchased at your Danbury, CT store and scheduled an appointment with your install team, who came out and confirmed the oven would fit, then set up another appointment with the actual install team, who came in and once again confirmed that the oven would fit. From there I scheduled the install, and was told upon the teams arrival that I would have to buy another oven that fit because the one I purchased would not fit. I coordinated an exchange with your exchange team and they provided me a list of ovens that would fit. At the top of that list was the oven I originally purchased. I then called the measurement team who first came out, they confirmed that the oven would fit and sent out another install team. The install team installed the oven as shown in the photo, and informed me that the bottom trim piece was bent and that I would have to call your parts team to get a replacement. The parts team member then insisted I pay an additional $60 in either cash or a check written to him directly for the install(????). I then spent an hour and 15 minutes on the phone with your parts (Part Number WB07T10789) team and was given a case number (313 329 12) and ensured that I would get a call back, that was a week and a half ago. I have reached out to the original representative who measured the oven first and have not heard back. I also bought the Best Buy plus membership but that hasnt helped.

The geek squad guys came in and installed our single wall oven. I've used the oven twice already and i am so happy with it.

This appointment was informative, easy and put my mind at ease that my appliances would fit.

Love all 4 of my new Kitchen Aide appliances!! Can't send photo of microwave because of my reflection. The guys that delivered the appliances were great and very nice!

Happy with the 3 items I purchased, exactly what I wanted.

I had LG Wash Tower (WKGX201HBA) installed by the Geek Squad's 3rd party partner on May 5th, 2023. This product itself is excellent. However, the Geek Squad installation crew forgot to leave a big chunk of Styrofoam in the wash machine the should've been removed but they did not. I reported this issue to the Geek Squad customer service that there are extremely loud squeaky Styrofoam noises came from the wash machine when in wash and in the spin, they send technician on Monday, May 5th to investigate but did not look at it seriously and left the issue unresolved. I realized that this machine is still in LG's manufacture warranty, so I called the LG Service technician and came on Tue, May 9th, the technician looked at the details and we both saw a big chunk of Styrofoam in the wash machine that caucused the noise and fixed it. If I did not call the LG Service came to the rescue, this issue may have been remains unresolved and maybe put my condo in electric power hazards. I am so very disappointed to Best Buy and it's Geek Squad team. it's very shame on your team. Very very very disappointed to the Best Buy Geek Squad.

Installation was on time and very efficient. They made the nessary adjustments so the new appliances would fit.
