Jake and his co-worker were very polite, professional, presented themselves well, very skilled in their work and cleaned up the very small amount of sawdust from the double oven they custom installed. We would be pleased to welcome them back into our home. Jake explained several features and good suggestions of the oven which looks and works well.

The site surveyors, most likely working from inaccurate or misleading product dimensions, failed to identify a front door clearance issue. The product depth dimension was stated as 29.7”, but that is the depth WITHOUT DOORS. Adding on the doors increases the depth by about 5 inches, cutting things VERY CLOSE for fitting through a standard 36” (nominal width) front door. We will need to take down our storm door to ensure sufficient clearance for the fridge to get through. The delivery crew was unable to remove the left side door, due to a water line connection they were untrained to deal with.

I have a brand new 27.9 cubic foot GE Profile 4 door refrigerator. I love it but the bottom drawer is not closing correctly. Both Best Buy and Geek squad are recommending replacement. What more can I ask. Would not buy from anyone else!!! I bought refrig in May but had to wait until about 2 weeks ago to get it. I will wait for replacement as long as i have to as this refrigerator is worth it!!!!

The two survey people arrived on time after giving me a half hour "on the way" call. They were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, texted cost estimates. Very professional. If you live in Mass. and use gas this survey is a must because of all the requirements.

Appliance install appraisal was needed to help determine suitability of a new electric oven installation. Best Buy determined that there was no suitable product available without cabinatry changes in our kitchen which Best Buy does not provide. Counsel was provided to locate technicak skilled help who can make the install complete. This activity is now underway but not yet completed.

The pre install survey went excellent. The installers were clear of what was needed and how much it would cost. In the end there were NO surprises. They were very respectful of my house and even took extra measures to not bring outside debris by using boot covers.

Arrived early and gave an honest assessment. Making recommended updates prior to install.

The guy who came over to measure our air conditioner was so efficeng and professional. He got our new ac in with no problem.

The crew of 2 men arrived 15" after the pre-arranged 2 hour arrival time. They conducted the review of the location and determined the intended item would fit and all necessary items were present - cold and hot water, drain, and both 120 and 240 volt outlets.

We appreciated the pre-measurements taken. It gave us peace of mind that our purchases would fit properly. The two gengtlemen who came were pleasant and knowledgeable. We could tell they were experienced. They followed safety protocols which is important to us. We did not have to wait long for them to come out, even though it was a busy Christmas season.

We have had the LG washer and dryer for 3 weeks and are very pleased. We did have installation challenges associated with the requirement to stack the washer and dryer in our current utility room. We were replacing a 10 year old stackable Whirlpool unit and obtained mixed messages on the required height of the LG units. LG, Best Buy Sales and the Install team were providing a different required height. After an unsuccessful initial install we were able to modify the cabinet and the unit now fits. Overall pleased.

The appliance technician came out to measure the cabinet for my new combo wall oven. He was very thorough and professional. The technician explained the installation process and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the service and looking forward to getting my new wall oven!

The gentlemen who surveyed my home for my appliances had comprehensive knowledge of what was needed to make this an seamless installation. They surveyed the electrical, plumbing and physical requirements and showed me specifically what I needed to do to prepare. When the installation team got here, it was a "walk in the park". We had the extra parts I had ordered and everything fit perfectly. Very professional!

There was the initial hiccup where best buy took down the address wrong and booked the pre-measure crew in another state. But that was identified before the appointment and another appointment was made, where things went well as expected. The crew was professional.

He premeasured for fridge, wall ovens, warming drawer, and subsequent installations went great. But, he said that the dishwasher was standard size and did not pull it out to measure the space. Then, the DW we chose was too deep for the space. The installer then measured the space with attention to the depth, and we chose another DW accordingly, and that installation went fine.

They were supposed to come out to make sure the existing electrical wiring and water lines and drainage line would work with the new LG dishwasher. This was after someone else had come out to install it and couldn't and stated the LG needed an electric outlet in the back of the cabinet and couldn't use the existing one since it needed a plug and from the rear. The person who came was supposed to pull the existing Whirlpool dishwasher and check. He didn't seem to even want to be here. He simply looked at the bottom of the dishwasher and never pulled it. He stated they don't pull them out to check things. He did state the LG could be wired in the front. It turned out, when the installers came out the bracket attached to the counter would not work with the LG. They had to screw it into the cabinets on the side. The LG drain hose was not long enough and placed differently so they had to drill another larger hole in the floor into the basement further back in the cabinet. They were able to wire the LG to the existing wiring w/o putting in a plug. The whole process was not pleasant, to say the least, as it took about 2 months to get the new LG installed. In total, three different companies were used in the process.

Very pleased with my install, they did amazing job! took the time to do everything right. made sure all was working etc..

So far the range hood has been working out great! Love the 3 speed to pick from on the blower and 2 switch for the lights ! Not very loud that’s a big plus !

This Kitchenaid dishwasher has ample room and three racks for all types of dishes, pans, utensils. We like it very much. I

The installers were very nice and professional. They did a great job through a tight door space. There was a dent on the door that is going to be repaired but that could of been there from shipping. Thumbs up to these installers. Job well done
