Very clean install - this was part of replacement and they did a very clean job

The guys did a good job. Everything was done as should be done.

Had to cut the wood myself to fit the warming drawer in and then get it in flush using a 2x4 and rubber mallet. It was my understanding that they would handle any fitting needed. I'm not sure what I paid for the install but if it was more than free it sure as hell wasn't worth it since I did most the work myself. At least they hauled away the old stuff.

They installed our range top, even though they needed to do an ‘adjustment’ to the counter. Our gas valve was leaky, so they went out to the propane tank to shut off and turn on gas. Wonderful service and very professional and nice.

Envision/Best Buy came to our home, ripped a perfectly good appliance off the wall permanently damaging it, did a god awful job of installing the new unit and walked all throughout my house with dirty shoes on. I asked the installation driver to move his truck so the trash truck would be able to pick up our trash cans and he ignored me. They couldn't figure out how to install the hood adapter with screws so I had to do it for them. I asked him to use sealing tape on the joint between the hood adapter and the hood and he said he'll do it after install. I told him it would be difficult to access and he told me not to worry. As a result, he couldn't properly seal it and the range hood now dumps half of its dirty exhaust into our cabinets. They were supposed to come do an exchange and call us the morning of to cancel the appointment because the item isn't in stock. HOW DO YOU ONLY NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER THE MORNING OF THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK AFTER THEY WAIT TWO WEEKS FOR THE INSTALLATION?

Had an issue with a product. They followed through and took care of things in the right way for us.

They came and professionally removed the defective rangetop and installed the new one and cleaned up.

Installers removed old built in oven, no problems - overcame some trim issues but all went well

The product is excellent and my experience with Best Buy and the installers was excellent.
