First unit failed

Waited 2 weeks for installation only to have the unit not work. We then had to wait another 6 weeks for a replacement. New unit now works and looks great. From purchase to a working unit was 2 months without an oven or microwave.

3rd Party Installation Team

They noticed the original item was damaged upon delivery and made sure a replacement vent hood was ordered and installed. Great job TJ, Ricardo, Tyrone, Twana, and Tajuan!!
